Horrible experience front desk personnel tried to double charge me saying payment was not previously done. They claim it wasn’t paid for wich is incorrect as I paid trough the app!

Amazing Hotel!!!

Love Hotel Fray Marcos, i stay every time i visit for Dental, The staff is amazing always there with a smile,, and always helpful with what ever i need , Love the food and Margaritas !! amazing as well, I always get a Suite ,Beautiful decorated, very clean ,very private, they Valet your car, Parking is very hard to find, Just an over all wonderful experience!!!!
