Can’t Beat It for a Ski Vacation

The stay here was amazing! So close to the mountain and the ski valet was tremendous. All the staff are eager to help guests when they need anything. Would absolutely come here again.

Great Solo Ski Trip

It was a great stay with fantastic access to the mountain. They even helped me out of a tough situation when I got on the wrong bus that sent me in the opposite direction of where I meant to go. Would definitely recommend.

We booked this hotel for our honeymoon without much research. It was perfect as it was ski in, ski out and right in the centre of town. We went beginning do December which was great for us as you didn’t need to book restaurants and the slopes were quite. However a lot of the runs were just opening or not opened. The only downfall is because some of the rooms are apartments there were a lot of family’s staying so it was pretty noisy at times.

This property gives you the perfect mix of ski in/out and walkable access to all of Hirafu. The location is really amazing. The rooms are great and the staff is even better. Always helpful, accommodating, and friendly. I would come back in a heartbeat.

As great as the last time I visited in 2019. I waited for four years to come back (mostly because of the pandemic) and again had a great vacation here. Fully relaxed and rejuvenated in this trip. Look forward to coming back! Personally I highly recommend the rooms with the Mountain View, I can sit in front of the window the whole day just watching mt. Yotei.

Bad concierge services

Hotel was good but when comes to problem solving we felt that all the excuses and assistance were simply just lips service.. Just a simple request to find transport to send guests to the nearest JR station was not even able to assists... No choice but to check out earlier just to catch an early flight the next day! A great disappointment...

スキーバレーサービス、スキー場への送迎サービスなど細やかな配慮が良かった。スタッフの対応も概ね丁寧だった。 帰りの宅急便のパッキングをしている際持ち上げるのに苦労していたが、フロントに手が空いているスタッフが2名いたが、手伝ってくれなかった点はやや残念であった。

Highly recommend! Location was right next to the ski lift. Hirafu welcome center and many restaurants nearby. Very clean with spacious rooms. Friendly and welcoming staff.
