Great value and location

Great location and reasonable for skiing at niseko. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Shuttles to the lift ran often and on time. Definitely would stay again

Excellent accomodation, shuttle bus was extremely helpful - only downside was the attached restaurant was closed at some points due to staffing issues - but when it was open it was very good.

Located in quiet area. Shuttle service is very good. For a fairly new building there are some disappointments in terms of comfort; Heating in the room is poorly controlled and showers are not equipped with pressure static valves maintaining constant temperature.

We were quite disappointed by our stay at Always Niseko given the premium we paid for a tiny room without any space for our suitcases. There was housekeeping 1 time during our 8 night stay. Reception staff not overly service minded or happy. Restaurant was only open for breakfast so no place to have a drink in the evening. We would just have expected a bit more given how much we paid to stay here over the NYE period. Breakfast served between 6.30-9.30am and the breakfast staff were lovely.

Overall, a pleasant experience. My main complaint relates to the cleaning service, which was not thorough at all. For example, dead winter bugs in plain sight were not removed during my 10-day stay.

Staff was very friendly, check in was easy, they had an English speaking staff which made it extra easy. The rooms are big and clean. Bathrooms are a bit small. The beds are hard. The location was nice. Staff gave this place bonus points, as they were very friendly.

The stay was excellent. The rooms were quite large and had a very homely feel to them. When checking in the staff were very helpful and explained everything well. Plus the restaurant was quite good too.

Little bit out of the way but they run shuttle buses every 30mins which can get full to the lifts. The buses also run until 9pm. Breakfast is good and dinner was good (breaded oysters and ramen) Rooms are a good size with enough storage Reception was friendly and helpful Clean rooms
