Hotel Busby is a good 3* hotel in a good location (in walking distance of the train station, beach and the old town). The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. The continental breakfast was plentiful and in a very pleasant dining room. Our room was cleaned daily and the staff were all very courteous.

This property’s room are not as advertised. Very outdated, drab. Had spiders in our rooms. Shower and tub were difficult to use and from 19 50s. Not that clean. Worst hotel I’ve been in in a long time. Service was not friendly.

The cleaning services made this stay excellent. So friendly and cleaned our rooms every day. Great customer service at the front desk as well. I do wish they had a recycling bin next to the trash cans everywhere.

shower curtains were instaled improperly, it was hard to take a shower. Shower curtains were sticking to your body.   It’s took long time from 10 am to 6 pm to send a plumber to fix toilet bowl. Otherwise, location is great, people are nice. Pictures on website don’t really show the old condition of the room and bathroom.

The staff were all lovely and friendly, speaking multiple languages. The hotel is easy to find, lovely building, clean and well serviced. The rooms were clean and beds were super comfy. Basic but everything that you needed. Breakfast buffet looked nice but we ate out due to existing plans and trips booked. Would happily use again when in Nice.

Two wonderful days in Nice.

A very nice hotel with pleasant and helpful staff. The hotel is very convenient from travel to and from the airport and it is only a short walk to the beaches and to the very nice old town. The hotel, for us, was perfectly located and very comfortable.

Air con wasn’t working, staff weren’t that friendly, room we stayed in was very noisy. It was right next to the road. Cars were going past all through the night. Windows very thin. The hotel was very welcoming. Did not get much sleep. Would not recommend this place. Avoid!!!!!

The hotel is dated but its location is great as you can walk to the Promenade & Old Town Nice in a few mins. The lobby area is being renovated, but the rooms & building in general needs an uplift. We found most of the staff very helpful & friendly.
