The bedroom and bathroom was decent. However, the only issues are 50 euros deposit I had to pay which reduced the amount I had to spend during the holiday and because of this, I need to wait for some time to get my 50 euros and not sure if I will receive the desposit back because I have used a caxton card. In addition, there is no coffee/tea and kettle in the room. The room cleaning service can only be provided if I pay 15 euros. I think the Easyhotel need to reconsider these three things to improve customer experience. Thanks

While quite basic, the hotel was still excellent. The room was extremely clean, it wasn’t cramped and the beds were really comfy. There are vending machines downstairs which is really handy, and there are also a few convenience stores in walking distance. We asked at reception for fresh towels and it wasn’t a problem at all. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Location is brilliant, within walking distance of the majority of main sites. About a 10 minute walk from Old Town. Lots of cafés, restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk. Tram stop also close by, and train station about a 15 minute walk. The area around it was quiet and felt safe, even when walking through late in the evening.

It looks a little old and small. But by all means the staff was great and welcoming! Close to all attractions ( writhing walkable distance), as well as close to public transportation. Close to train station that can take you to Monaco , Canes! Has garage parking for a reasonable price. Rooms are a bit dark but the price does reflect that.
