Good value in a great location.
Room was great, clean and recently updated in an older hotel. Check in was easy, friendly and efficient. Easy 15 minute walk from train station (or take the tram) and location right at the beach and historic centre was what I was looking for. I booked a garden view room thinking I would be overlooking the hotel garden, it’s actually a public garden across a very busy road, which was a bit disappointing. Given the location expect the usual city noise, it didn’t bother me but it is noticeable, especially if there are events going on in the Square. Overall, good value and would stay there again.

Perfect location to access key Nice sites, beach, & gorgeous views of the sea. Newly renovated w lovely decor & immaculate. Very friendly, helpful staff. Extremely comfortable (dbl) bed! Only downside was small room size- not much room for more than 1 suitcase or place for clothes.

Was an amazing boutique hotel, welcoming staff and a wonderful area. If you are looking for a small welcoming place, this is it. But if you want a gym and pool, maybe look somewhere else.

No a/c, smallest hotel room I’ve ever seen
The first thing you notice when you walk in is what looks like it would be a temporary front desk, except there’s nowhere else for a regular one, so you stand in the way of the door when checking in or out. Then I got to my TINY room and it was hot and humid. They had turned off the air conditioning for all rooms because the weather had been cool. Their advice: open a window. Well, the hotel is on a busy street, there’s construction, and I kept getting flies in my room. Thankfully I was only there one night. The day I left it was raining and I asked the night before about a ride to the train station. The young woman at the front desk told me to just walk, since it’s only 20 minutes. Before I left I had breakfast and for orange juice we had to cut the oranges and use a juicer. I love fresh OJ, but was not expecting a DIY breakfast. The only good things about the hotel were that it’s very close to the beach and other tourist attractions, and the bathroom is nice.

Wonderful location but the hotel turned off A/C to the building when the weather was 70 degrees F outside only because a couple of guest complained that it was cold and did not want to accommodate the guest who felt it was too hot. Woke up in sweat multiple nights because of this. Also the elevator was down for an entire day so had to walk up and down from the 5th floor.

Wow! Great food. Great location
Fabulous. Very nice room. 1 block to Boardwalks. 2 blocks to restaurants, Amorim gelato and Gallery Lafayette and upscale shops. In the other direction there are restaurants and tourist shops. Try Bogli restaurant. Go early. No reservations, long line. Bus stop outside door. Hotel. Need Towel racks. Please. Also could use coat hooks in entry area!

First night in France. Spent three nights. First room was so small we had noon to open our suitcases. They moved us to another room which was only 2square meter larger but it sufficed. Room was advertised as a Garden View but it was literally the construction site across a busy street. Selected for its proximity to transportation and the square in Nice , it filled that purpose but I wish it had done a little more than that.
