Staff at the reception were talking and busy with other business.. they didn’t care to ask me why I was there. This should not be the way to treat customers in a hospitality business. Hotel room was okay, corridors were sticky and stinking. Breakfast has less options.Will not go there again.

Great location and average hotel as described

The property room and facilities were as described. Checking in and out were simple. The hotel was comfortable and features like the heating and plumbing worked well. Staff were generally average but a special mention of Tanica for dealing with an issue with the elevator in a reassuring and confident manner. The location is great and it is within walking distance of the falls as well as the balloon ride. And very close to the rainbow bridge for crossing over as well.

This property was well placed for seeing the falls. The breakfast offered was excellent. Wifi worked great. Front desk staff friendly. There were few people there when we were there due to the Canadian boycott so can't speak to noise fully, but it was quiet enough. While all was clean and the facility looked good, the arms on the chair in our room were loose, the electrical plug ins were also loose not holding plugs securely. A sign spoke of save the environment so hang up towels if not wanting them replaced, but there were no towel racks in the bathroom! Then too we had no maid service nor a sign for the door if that was what we wanted. Coffee provided in room was decaf. Really? When we asked for regular we realized on getting back to the room it was again decaf. Ugh. Overall, a convenient location and more than three star but needing some maintenance to keep it that way.

Other then waking up to New York swat breaking a door down the hall on the third floor with a canine dog barking. It was a quiet stay, very convenient to the falls and going over to Ontario a few times.

Loved that the falls were within walking distance to see and the park, if you like walking. It was close to the bridge to Canada. The hotel was great, except you could hear and feel the people wrestling next door or hear the people walking on the floor above you. The staff was fantastic! I did like the flooring the had in the hallways, and think they should have had it in the rooms.

Bad experience. We were supposed to stay for three nights and had to cancel one night because we couldn't sleep at all. The first night, there was a fight, children crying and screaming, and they wouldn't let us sleep. The next night, the same thing happened: children crying in the room above us, people jumping all night. We weren't happy with the breakfast, which was very average. The hotel was very new and clean, but the staff and attention at the reception were very poor. That was my experience. I wouldn't return.

you get what you pay for

TV didn't work. the shower was a little dirty. (Mold on the tile ), thermostat was broken. and the window unit thermostat also didn't work right. put it at 71 and the heat keep running till way too hot in the room. door to room was very loose seemed to be about ready to fall apart. breakfast was marginal. didn't have any pastries no yogurt rooms were not sound insulated. you can hear the people next door almost as if they were in your room but is close to the falls room number was 338

Comfortable 2day Stay

Great location to the falls and casino. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Spacious room. Staff was very helpful with our issues. However, this is an aged hotel and it shows, and very loud. All halls have laminate floors and rooms have laminate floors as apposed to carpet. The carpet at one time was the sound dampener.
