The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. The shower had the bottles for shampoo, etc but were empty. Breakfast was ok. There were no pastries offered unless pancakes are considered pastries.We were there off season so not sure if that was the reason for these short comings. It was clean. It is located in a good location. If we were younger, we could have walked to the Falls. We walked to dinner every night. There was a variety nearby. I would stay there again.

Staff were pleasant. Location is great for easy access to Goat Island as well as the Canadian side. Close to several dining options as well as the casino. We passed on the breakfast as it was kinda cold. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Overall, great stay. We booked 2 rooms. In room 1, it was very hot. The air was on cool, set at 68, and it was blowing (luke warm) air. We left for a few hours and the room was even hotter when we returned. Hard to sleep when it was so warm. Staff came and changed the filter, but it didnt help at all. Other than the heat, room 1 was very nice. Our second room was perfect, until we went to shower, there was dark soap scum builup around the tub, and a lot of hair stuck to the shower walls. Other than having to clean the shower ourselves, the room was very nice. AMAZING location. Very close to the falls, as well as a lot of other beautiful scenery. Many dining and shopping options as well.

I found the hotel to be clean, the staff was nice and knowledgeable about the area and the breakfast was good especially the pancakes. I found options to eat and shop in close proximity to the hotel without problems.

Property needs renovation , bathrooms are in terrible conditions, no cartons to stop water flowing while taking showers. There are lots of yellow spots in bathroom . There is no free water at facility, you have to either buy or 🔥. Please do prepared while going to this place.
