The staff was impeccable during our visit, this was an amazing experience for my birthday and first trip to Canada. I have already recommended this property to various family members for anniversary and getaway trips. K from Cambodia was hands down the best staff/service member I have ever experienced at a hotel. He made my fiancée and I feel so welcomed on the property.

It's a staple in the Niagara area. We hosted our wedding party there prior to the wedding. The staff are lovely, if you remember that you get more with honey lol. My party was treated well and I would recommend this facility to anyone.

Well allocated to NOTL and Niagara Falls. The property is beautiful with well-maintained gardens. As you enter, there’s an outdoor speaker with music playing - very welcoming. Rooms are tastefully decorated, clean and very comfortable. Small tv in the bathroom is a nice touch. Walking distance to McDonalds, Starbucks and the outlet mall is a plus. Only complaint was that the air conditioning was uncomfortably cold in all the common areas.
