I enjoyed the hotel so much! The staff were super sweet and because we got there a little early around 12:30, and they made sure the room was ready in an hour instead of waiting until 4pm check-in. My only thing was that you unfortunately have to pay for overnight parking, and the TV isn’t a smart TV so no casting or streaming. Other than that great stay all together.

Best place to stay in Niagara for us so far! Stayed for 2 nights during the week on our holidays and everything was fantastic! Rooms were very tidy and clean, prime spot walk out to Clifton hill less then a minute, pool area and hot tub and gym was a bonus! William at the front desk was super helpful and also gave us one of the best rooms in the building. Most stunning view of Clifton hill and the American falls I've ever had so fat while staying in Niagara. We will definitely be back! :D

It was worst experience with their management about their policies. Our child 5 yr old got sick and we had to go to the hospital and we had to cancel our plan for Niagara last mintue. I asked for give some credit not even refund for future stay. But they totally refused it instead offering any sort of credit. These situations happens but i have seen managements where they try to accommodate as much as they can. But from these guys, it was no compassion.

This was a nice hotel. The property looked the same as the pictures. Nice fitness and pool area. It was very centrally located as well. There is a $15 CAD charge per night for parking so keep that in mind. It was also pretty noisy throughout all hours of the day and night. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and we would return in the future.
