This was our first time to Niagara Falls and we weren't sure where to stay. The Vittoria was perfect! It was a great location--a short walk to restaurants, the rainbow bridge and all the falls sights and attractions. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The room was clean and roomy. There wasn't much ambiance at the pool/hot tub, but it was well maintained. It was a great value and we would stay there again.

Parking was very limited. Immediately upon check-in we were informed by the desk that they were sold out of parking. We were told to park in a nearby pay lot which was also sold out. What kind of hotel doesn’t have adequate parking? Next, the beds. Firm, very firm- as in like a cot. We opted to go home early rather than spend another night tossing and turning on the rock hard bed!

Great hotel to stay!
Fully renovated room. The best interior I' ve ever seen in Niagara area so far. The only concern is the noise. My room was next to a staffs' room. I can hear every single thing they talk about even in night time. Other then that, I have no complain about this hotel. Willing to stay next time. Great city view. Able to see the firework from the hotel room.

This hotel is not up front in its charges for parking. It should be listed in the amenities. It says on-site parking. Says no fee in amenities. If you dig you find a $15.00 charge to park 5 minutes away. The room is fine. Sheets are not very soft. The fridge is in an unvented cupboard so you have to keep the door open to no over heat.

It is very good for my family. Even though the vent is a little bit dirty, but others are very clean and bed is comfortable. The room is renovated, so very nice and quite. The staffs are very kind and parking is good. I will stay again if I come here later.

Came into Niagara by train and transport to the hotel was quite easy with the We Go bus. The hotel is very conveniently located with easy walking distance to the main Clifton Hill amusement area, restuarants as well as to Niagara falls. From our room, we had a view of Clifton Hill as well as the American falls in the distance. Was also able to enjoy the fireworks at Niagara from our window. Room was quiet, clean and comfortable which is great after a long day of activities. Only thing i missed was access to a balcony to relax in the evening. Definitely would recommend.
