Disappointed

I'm upset that i could not request a microwave be delivered to my room, when i made the request i was told i'll have to pay more and upgrade my suite to to have the luxury of a microwave, also i asked if there were a common area where i can warm some pizza, to my surprise there was none! so i end up having to leave and spend more more to purchase food!

Wasn’t the cleanest. Desk was dirty when I arrived to my room. Very outdated. The walkout balcony door lock was joke thankfully didn’t have kids. I could look past all of this but when asking a simple question to the front desk night clerk, i was given the impression I was inconveniencing her

Great hotel and great price. We stayed in the tower in a 2 queen family suite with pull out couch and the room was huge. Hotel had indoor pool but we didnt use it. Room was clean, shower pressure was good for hair washing, beds were comfortable, parking was easy and underground, staff was nice, I would definitely stay again. They also had 8.99 on sight breakfast that looked good, but didnt try that either. Hotel is very close to the top of clifton hill.

The vending machine for the water and other drinks was not available during our stay.I hope they can put up a drinking fountain or something like a corner where we can get drinkable water. The costing for the room is a bit pricey as well,I hope they will lessen the price for these types of rooms.

So the room itself wasn’t bad, we stayed at one of the lower units outside not the new addition, not dirty didn’t smell, but the AC unit was breaking off the wall so there was a freezing cold draft at all times. Had to put a towel to cover the hole. When someone would smoke outside it came right into the room. The parking lot wasn’t clean there was ice and snow, was sliding trying to walk to our room. Pool was filled heavily with chlorine so doubt it’s cleaned regularly. Overall wasn’t bad, it’s a great location, and there are worse hotels.

The room had blood stained sheets with dirt the lights were lamps one was broken right at the outlet very dark in the room huge gab where the heating unit is cold breeze coming through constantly the jacuzzi and shower had no hot water cannot shower or enjoy the jacuzzi in the room they wouldnt fix the issue or even comp me the night stay as we left a day early due to this they refused to refund me used to be our go to hotel but seriously after this we will not be returning
