staff was extremely rude. especially the older lady who i believe runs the place. snappy, totally disrespectful and plain terrible to try to work with. will not stay here again. rooms were okay, but very loud with kids running around and screaming on the second floor.

The place is an excellent spot. It is close by the Clifton Hill park. The room is clean and renovated. The downside is the room is not soundproof, so the noise of a rolling suitcase or cart passingby can be heard inside. The shower is too loud as well when opened and can disturb you once someone use it.

The hotel was clean throughout from the lobby all the way to the rooms. Rooms were adequately furnished and up to date, I missed the microwave in room but my fault for not reading the full list of options. Only problem I had was no hot water to the room after 1 shower for the kids, hot water was back by morning as we left. If not for the hot water, I’d recommend this hotel to anyone.
