The staff member that checked us in went out of her way to help us. We arrived and I realized there is no heat. I have bad arthritis and with all the rain we were have I was in a lot of pain. She brought us up a space heater. For me I couldn’t get warm. She then put us in a room with a fireplace. Couldn’t thank her enough. We had difficulty signing into internet she came up and signed us in our devices. The building was beautiful and we wish we could have explored more but with rain rain and more rain. This was a birthday trip for my husband who turned 70. He loved it. If we ever get back that way again we would definitely stay there.

Good stay with a few snags....

Got there and told at checkin that power would be out from 5am to 11am the next morning. Check out was extended to 1pm to compensate for the inconvenience. Room listed King bed plus Queen sofa bed but room only had a King bed with a love seat.
