Our room was very noisy attached to a courtyard. The toilet leaked all night and the room was very dated. If there are curious parents wondering if this water park and hotel is comparable to great wolf lodge the answer is NO way. The benefit of the location is being able to enjoy Clifton hill with the kids which was a fun activity we have never done before. Staff were pleasant. We did not voice our complaints when we were there as they had enough complaints at the front desk and the poor staff did not need to hear another. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a clean, noise free holiday.

It was not clear from the images on the website that many rooms are located in an indoor courtyard and so you have to keep your only natural light source closed unless you want other guests to see inside your room. It was also extremely noisy, with continuous running, stomping, and door slamming overhead. The mattress was also not comfortable at all.

Definitely convenient that the waterpark is linked with property but the room was under average. The beds were terrible, every time you moved they creaked, I didn’t sleep all night due to the creaking. Should get better mattresses

Quick check in. Very kind staff at check in. Clean hallways, rooms. Need stronger coffee in the bedroom. Need blankets not just duvets. Would be great to have a coffee station when you walk in the hotel at all hours.

Unsafe: just accessing the hotel seemed unsafe, as in its in a busy car park. Right when you walk out the door you had to watch for cars Noisey: they had movie nights all weekend starting at 8pm. Super fun for the kids! But for our little guy (who's bed time is 8pm) it was a litte much with all the screaming kids playing around infront of our room until 11pm Unclean: our bathroom shower had someone elses hair on the wall. I assume from the previous guests. Also the bed sheets from my bed had some red stains on them, and a blue stain on the pillow Other than that it was super fun with the Waterpark!
