Over all a fun time
Me my daughter and my grandson spent a night and we had a blast. The only thing that really sucked was the water park hours. Opened way too late and closed way too early. We didn’t use the water park for too long due to the hours. Noon till 8pm. We wanted to go back after our dinner out and by the time we got back it was closed and we also wanted to go back before we left but it was too late when it opened.

Layout and location of hotel was great, although accessibility to and from the waterpark with strollers needs improvement. Lots of natural sunlight and the courtyards are a great feature especially with kids. Needs carpet replacement or other form of flooring instead, both in rooms and throughout hotel. Service of all hotel staff was great, and it was helpful having an option to communicate with reception by text message for any questions or concerns.

Its ok for the price. Would definitely recommend more through cleaning of the rooms. Untop of the heat vent was dirty make up sponge and around the bedside a few pieces of garbage.
