Our first view upon opening our door was of the falls! Definitely get a fallsview room with a balcony if you can. Although the balcony wasn't big enough for chairs, we really enjoyed being able to stand outside and look at the falls and the fireworks each night. Room had plenty of space along with swivel chairs that could look out to the falls or an electric fireplace. Bed and pillows were comfy. Biggest downside was the self parking that was $45 a night and several blocks away.

Disappointed in this hotel experience. Multiple errors in processing my credit card leading to the entire balance of the stay being held even though I prepaid for the rooms.
