You need to pay parking fee of $45 before taxes even if you stay in their hotel. The parking is shared with other hotel which is a distance walk to Sheraton. You need to wait for the lift coz it is the same lift to water park which is chaotic during check out period. so many hidden charge where you don’t get to enjoy the facility. Terrible room amenities (you need to call for toothbrush, toothpaste, slippers etc), these are basic things to have in the room. Reception supervisor “Kevin” is totally the worst staff to handle guest complaint. Overall, the worst hotel I have ever stayed.

I felt we we're being nickled and dimed to death. I'm surprised there wasn't a sunshine surcharge! Waterpark was not good, in my opinion. Some of the water park staff were rude. $45.00 per day plus tax to self park!
