Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would stay again. The one thing that disappointed me was that they did not clean my room during my stay. We could have used more towels and clean glasses but they did not refresh the room.

I like the beautiful view and walking distance to the Niagara Falls. Room and bathroom was clean. Checking in and out was quick and easy Only disappointment was their pool and gym was closed for maintenance

Top 2 Best Hotels with Casino in North East!
The top 2 hotels ever stayed at since we have been traveling for years. Highly recommended. Hotel offering the falls, can't really see the falls but the mist and river so a little disappointed there but the room is spectacular. Wife is loving the built in vanity for applying makeup. Would stay here again for sure!

Unfortunately, the spa pool and fitness amenities were not in use, and we were still charged an amenity fee. The Italian restaurant on sight was also not operational. There were no microwaves in the room to heat beverages or food, so no leftovers could be brought back to the hotel. As a result, a lot of food was wasted during our stay by being left at the local restaurants.

The property was very beautiful, at first I was scared that the rooms would smell like cigarettes since there is a casino inside but the rooms had no smell. Sheets, bathroom, towels were very clean. We enjoyed our stay! Parking is free which is a plus!

Check in was not very inviting. The front desk clerk was not very friendly. She also had an attitude. She must have had a bad day. Basically, checked us in and gave us keys. No direction of further instruction after that. Very rude. Hotel is very nice. Rooms are beautiful and very clean…. Other staff members were accommodating and friendly.

So we planned this trip for sometimes for shopping and to enjoy massage and swimming pool. For pool and massage they were closed due to some issues on 3rd floor. That was kind of disappointed. Some of restaurants were closed but advertised as open. The place was clean and safe.
