First room we got did not have a working fridge. We were then moved to a room where there was a roach to finally get a half decent room. Would definitely not recommend for the price

Caused Unnecessary panicking
Room wasn’t exactly as chosen but I didn’t have any issues until I tried to use the shower. Pulled and turned lever nothing happens, called front desk numerous times both on hotels phone and cell phone no answer. I panicked as time is running out for my meeting. After a few more desperate tries I finally got an answer (he was outside the building smoking). After explaining my situation, it should’ve been an easy fix telling me to pull extra hard on the lever ( I didn’t pull too hard risking breaking it as they will bill my credit card). Due to language issues, I waited for maintenance too long, he then pulled the lever out so hard he stumbled 🤔 meaning this room should’ve never been rented until it is properly usable or tell anyone who rents it to pull on shower 🚿 lever extra hard…it won’t break. I was pissed off to say the least☝️. I never had a lever issue in my homes and the many hotels / motels visits and they only worked by either pulling or turning lever moderately. This one almost needed a hammer 🔨

Booked the room through Hotels.com. The website said CA but Hotels.com charged me USD. I would recommend not booking through Hotels.com. Very misleading and deceiving.

Not only was the pool and fitness center closed, there was limited channels on TV. Maybe 4, if you searched the no signal screens. Breakfast spread was ok, but cold and limited in variety.
