Lovely property. Beautiful views. Great access to QEW. However, no breakfast provided. Adjacent restaurant not open until 11am. Breakfast places about 10 minutes away. Pool closed by 9pm (disappointed as we checked in at 8:30pm) and canoes/kayaks not available from hotel as advertised on Expedia--they're for rent at the marina next door. For the value though, an excellent option when visiting Niagara Falls or Buffalo. Only about 15 minutes from the bridge.

Despite all the negative reviews, I gave this property a chance and was pleasantly surprised. It's next to the highway which is convenient. I enjoyed that it's next to the water too - beautiful sunrise & sunset. The room was clean, renovated, and quiet. You will need to bring your own food/snacks as the 1 restaurant attached is your ONLY option. I would recommend this hotel.

Expensive. Ants in bathroom. People running in the hallway a lot of the night. Okay check-in. The pool shower doesn't have hot water. Pool is pretty chilly. Looks like mold painted over on ceiling in bathroom. Lots of parking and great view.

The bathroom had a leak from the floor upstairs, delay in service, had to go to reception 2 times to get problem solve. We were not able to have a good rest. People upstairs were walking all the time and the sound was really loud.

Restaurant food good but limited choices. Torn hand towels all four corners. Have photos. Great location and renovations to restaurant and rooms are modern. No closet to hang up clothing in any of the rooms. Refrigerator and ac units need to be updated or cleaned.
