Ended up not staying at the hotel due to unforeseen circumstance due to Visa issue. We called the hotel immediately when we found out that we were not able to enter Canada and to cancel the booking but the hotel decided to check us in for the two nights and charge us the full amount . Hotel.Com was kind enough to call the hotel management but unable to obtain the refund. I understand if the hotel wants to charge me for one night stay but to charge me for 2 nights shows greediness and inconsideration for their customer .

Absolutely overcharged for this room. Spent $433 for one night for my family. The sheets had yellow stains and pillowcases with makeup smears. Hairs in the shower. Remote control sticky. Very dissatisfied. Only positive was the gentleman that checked me in was kind.

We stayed there while visiting the falls. The men’s bathroom in the lobby was very dirty and disgusting. They said we know because the restaurant uses it. No excuse. Also we saw bugs in the bed in the morning. We ended up checking out the next morning and finding another hotel. The only good thing was they gave us a full refund.

I have stayed at Radisson hotels before. They were much nicer than this one. I got the feel of a Super 8 type cheap motel, not the high class of previous Radisson stays. I will not recommend it. I also do not like being forced to pay $45/night for parking on top of the hefty motel feel. It’s not like there is a choice. Everyone arriving has a vehicle. Quite the scam. I did not know the price until after I had booked the rooms. Had I known, I would have chosen another hotel.

We arrived in the evening when the main parking lot was full and had to drive to the offsite lot a couple of blocks away. The staff member for parking followed us and drove us back to the hotel, and did the reverse in the morning for checkout. If there are spots available in the main lot on the morning you are checking out, and you have been in the overflow lot, ask the parking lot staff to let you in to the main lot which will make it easier to load your vehicle. (Don’t forget to tip!) In such a situation you may also need their help getting out of the main lot because there is a gate and your room key will not work if you paid the lower rate for the offsite parking.

$45 a night for parking. While it is listed it seems high. Rooms could use remodeled. Beds are comfortable and the room was clean. Overall, I am satisfied with the stay, but tamper expectations, it’s not the nicest hotel in the area or the best location, but it’s a decent place not too far out from the casino and observation to the falls. I would stay here again.
