The AC system or heater system was very noisy. You can here other people talking from there room. The bathroom sink was in the bedroom area. Hot mess.

The only nice part about this hotel was how close it was to Clinton Hill. Otherwise the pool room was extremely cold, the hot tub was not functioning, and our room amenities didn’t really work well. The Staff however was extremely nice and welcoming. the breakfast was disappointing not many options on the drinks as the machine was “out of order”

Our first room was freezing the heat didn't work , so we were moved to another room and this rooms heat did not work as well , the bathroom was very cold , couldn't even shower as it was too cold too . Would never come back here again !! Terrible service and outdated
