I checked in at night and I was very tired then I found out the Bedsheets and pillowcases were dirty and also the toilet was broken then I had to change the room . I moved my stuff to the other room and that’s itself a job then also I found the bedsheet dirty and I saw hair on the sheets and pillows and the second day I got some rashes on my skin I had to complain in the morning to the office but no response at all and I was ignored so I feel that I wasted my money. This is was a horrible experience and honestly I will never go there again because this place is so dirty and even the floor and the washroom
Very very good stay. Staff was so good. Gave an upgrade without asking as I mentioned it was my birthday celebration. Whatever we asked they provided. Super happy with the stay. Highly recommend it

The staff were amazing. Place was clean. But lots needed to be repaired. "Breakfast" is something to be desired. Also every where in the hotel is freezing cold except rooms. Pool was freezing. And jaquzzi closed.
stairs to go to out door units in poor condition unsafe. literally crumbling under your feet. room had heat off and took several hrs to get warm and multiple towels to cover the draft from under the door. room didn’t have ironing board, any hangers for clothing. washroom was fairly new but minimal hot water to shower. On selecting options lower level was selected but unavailable when arrived.

The receptionists were excellent. Even though we booked the end of October we did not get a room in the main building and had to cross the parking lot each time. There was snow and ice all over the parking lot but it was not sanded or salted. We went for breakfast and the pork sausages were recooked and came out shrivelled and tasteless. We were not aware that there was no housekeeping. There is no hard copy invoice so we have no idea of the total cost.
Hotel is very old and ran down. Wall paper peeling, curtains falling apart etc.. Looks like they tried to remodel bathroom but it doesn’t match anything else. Hot water for shower was warm at best. People screaming all night. Hot tub is permanently closed in the pool room and the gym is absolutely worthless. One set of 5lb and 10lb dumbbells. Breakfast is ok. The eggs and pancakes are rubbery. It is close to Clifton Hill and that was the best part.

Hotels.com Descriptions of this Hotel out of Date!
When we arrived we were informed that there was no Hot Tub and that it had been closed down 4 years ago! On the Hotels.com website it shows that there is a Hot Tub at this property for public use and there is even a picture of it on the site ....
Secondly we booked 2 Queen Suites with a sofa bed and we did not get those room types as the hotel does not have rooms that are like that .... again we booked this room type on Hotels.com and the website showed that this is the room type we would get and we did not !
Anyone booking this hotel on Hotels.com beware as they do not have the proper descriptions on this hotel updated!
