We had a great stay with our two kids. The hotel is very cute and clean. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Pool was nice and breakfast was delicious! Also a close walk to Clifton Hill. Definitely recommend!

This used to be a really nice hotel but the rooms are old and tired. The staff was ok but allowed noisy partying in rooms late into the early morning hours. Parking and resort fees were expensive extra add ons for no value. I’ve stayed here many times over the past 3 years and this stay wasn’t great at all.

Nice hotel

Nice hotel within easy walking distance of the casino for the shows. Our only drawback was the TV as it was just static and we were unable to use it. Our room was nice but there was no mini fridge and it was interior room so we had a view of the pool. Overall was nice and we would likely stay there again.

I booked this stay as a gift for my daughter based on photos from the website and reviews. After making the booking I called the hotel to be sure there would be no problem because I received several notifications that I was to provide the credit card that I used for purchase. I spoke with someone and they clarified that YES I had to show the card. I was planning on driving my daughter however if I wasn't this would have been a snag. My biggest issue was that when I called, I told the attendant that this was a get-away gifted to my daughter for completing her 3rd year of University. In my opinion, it was an opportunity missed for a hotel to go the extra mile and do a kind gesture. They did nothing. My daughter said that when she asked a few questions they were not helpful at all. My other complaint would be that when you are booking a room the room style should have a name. We were hoping for a certain style and the one we got was dark and dreary. Give your rooms names so we can request that style. I might have to try the hotel myself, but unfortunately she didn't seem to be too pleased.

Great Stay

Had a great stay, 2 courtyard rooms. Had a wonderful breakfast in the restaurant. Disappointed the bar (1904?) and courtyard patio didn't seem to be open.
