We showed up for check in. Only two staff working. Had to wait over 20 min to speak to someone. Find out that our room has a problem and we are being moved to the Hilton. We had to then take more time at another hotel to check in. That was another 30 min due to long line. We wanted the oaks to be close to the falls. Now we had a room with a falls view but not next to the falls like the oaks. Peeling wall paper in bathroom. Rust and mold on the picture in the bathroom. Carpets warn out. In the morning after waking up my husband had bites on his arm, with blood marks on the sheets. Most likely bed bugs. This is under investigation. This was my husbands birthday weekend. Was not impressed.
