Booked this pretty quickly and didn’t have time to read the reviews. It’s a motel they call a “falls view” hotel because they it is connected to a tower that has falls views. They charge you resort fees for hard beds and little internet.

Unfortunately, our room was unavailable so we were sent over to the Hilton, which was a very nice and we were upgraded to a suite however it’s kind of disheartening when you arrive and you already have waited in line for 20 minutes for check-in and they tell you that there’s no rooms available and you’ll have to go somewhere else. What I did see of your lobby appeared very nice and the desk clerk was very accommodating and pleasant

Although I booked our stay at the oaks. We ended up being “upgraded” to a whole different hotel at no extra cost to us. Due to rooms being “under construction” ? After a minor inconvenience of having to find our way and parking all over again. We had a great time at the Hilton. They made the process simple and accommodating. Thanks to the Hilton for welcoming us and thanks to the oaks hotel staff for sending us there.

Falls view room has beautiful view. Found hair in one of the beds. Staff did come and change the sheets. Building is dated. Bathroom was dark. But overall for the price it was okay. Try to check in earlier as check in was busy at 4pm.
