Engagement Proposal

Our check in is very memorable because it is for a engagement proposal. Around 6:30pm April 5th I checked in for my friends who will arrange the room for the proposal the next morning. The receptionist named SUBHA if very professional, helpful and considerate. Got the keys to the room, checked the room and the view of the Niagara Falls is amazing. Next Morning 10am the engagement proposal happened and its a success and very memorable.

Our room could have been cleaner ( sticky rings on table) , parking should be less expensive. Coffee maker in room instead of shlepping down to lobby in the morning for some coffee would be a nice touch. Staff was nice.

The room we had was not acceptable in any way. The room was dusty and unkempt and the bathroom was not clean. There were no towels and the basic amenities, such as soap wasn’t available. We had a terrible experience.
