I loved the view from the room we got but it was just kinda a meh experience at the hotel. Could have been cleaner the jacuzzi had something gross and slimy looking come outta it after it was turned on. So we ended up not using it. (That was a big price point to me i lost out on) Overall cant say much else for the stay.

Sheets had dirty marks bathroom wasn’t clean room had a bad smell TV was too small and wasn’t working front desk wasn’t pleasant nor was she friendly carpets throughout old and dirty $60 for parking that said we’re not responsible for your car it’s your property you’re charging me for it but you are not responsible made no sense put a security guard.charging 5 star price for 2 star service like motel 6.Learn and strive for the best horrible staff,service,cleanliness I had better rooms and service in Motel 8.Basically charging the customer for the view that has nothing to do with the establishment will never go back again Since you m a Mississauga resident

Dont ise Expedia or stay here unless you are sure about the room. I made an error asking for a room on the US side and the app brought up a place in Ontario. I didnt notice and booked the room. When I realized, I messaged the property twice about the error and have never received a response. I will never use Expedia again. Calling the hotel directly would have prevented a $400.00 loss as their website directed me to a hotel outside my search perameters.

Upon entering the lobby, I was slightly optimistic about my choice to stay here. The front desk receptionist was very difficult to understand but was helpful. The one very positive thing about our room was the view! Stunning! everything else was not very nice, from wallpaper peeling, to outdated, worn rug. Unfortunately, as I woke up, I found several bed bugs on my pillow. That immediately made my heart sink. The manager was unhelpful and I am in the process of contacting her boss. Very disappointed in my experience.

There was 1 person to book people in had to wait over half an hour. The heater didn't work in our suite. Shower was dirty. 50$ oarking outrageous considering cost of room. Would not recommend

The hotel was close to several dining options, and some areas of the falls. Parking at the hotel is very expensive, $50.00 per night, so we chose to park elsewhere for less. This makes the location little less convenient. The room was clean, bed comfortable. No usb outlets, accessible outlets only on one side of bed, none at desk. Room was also very dark which when entering after dark required us to use our phone flashlight to locate lamp switches. There is a small fridge in the room, no coffee maker, or water. Few amenities. Free coffee in lobby. It was comfortable enough for sleeping, however the cost vs value, plus additional expensive parking fees would have me looking elsewhere when returning to the Niagara area.
