Great property with amazing views from the falls and river view units! Be sure to check out the observation window on the 12th floor at night as the view of the falls is beautiful. Tons of places to eat and shop right outside your door. Parking is pricey, which we were not aware of until we arrived. Plenty of offsite lots that are cheaper, so take a look and be prepared. I would definitely stay again!

I did not like that supplies from the room was low, such as towel and toilet paper. The fridge in the room was also not working and spoiled all my child's food. It would have been good to have a microwave on the floor. Service was average. When asked for for supplies, it was given to you and the pool was pretty warm to swim in during the cold weather. Towels were replaced often in the pool area but not in the room.

$50 a night for parking is absurd. Ending up spending way more money than expected because of this. $460 for two nights and they don’t even clean or tidy your room up in between nights. Will not be staying here again.

The rooms were not very clean and had wear and tear. Washrooms did not have sink inside and when we requested to switch the rooms that had sink in the bathroom they straight away denied. Coffee was complimentary as per the hotel but coffee machine was empty. It was waste of money.
