I would have rated a 5 but deducted 1 for the room size - it was very small with no closet or place to put luggage. The place is good for a night or two stay. I deducted another 1 because there were flies/insects all over the room throughout my stay. It asked for an insecticide spray but didn’t get it. The maintenance staff came to look at it but nothing happened- we cam back to our room to still meet the flies. No one asked about it. I texted the manager via expedia but never got a response. I had a baby with me so imagine the stress of having to keep the flies away. It was really bad! And then the AC was leaking in the room, we had to use a bowl and a towel. I’m hoping that’s not how all their rooms are but if that’s how they all are, then I won’t recommend. The staffs were good at room service. They were friendly and nice.

Staff were most wonderful. Especially the breakfast staff was considerate and patient when we ran tight against 10am. Bed was a tad too soft and floor is t carpet and so it felt cold to walk around the room without shoes.

The bed was terrible and completely caved in When I asked for someone to come check they said they repaired the wooden frame underneath but it made absolutely no difference The shower did not drain at all on the first night which im not sure how housekeeping allowed to happen the floors were dirty, the bathroom mirror, the toilet roll holder was completely broken, the mattress was dirty The property was overall very poor for a comfort inn and I would never reccomend someone stay here. I feel like I was completely overcharged and taken advantage of as a consumer.

The pool was disgusting, the ac/heater unit leaks all over the floor. You get 1 full size towel for 2 people. No housekeeping unless you ask. The room is literally a shoebox, the suite is advertised as a regular room. There is paint on the floor in the bathroom. The walls are so thin. Would never stay here again

The hotel was not maintained well. Our room was next to the elevator and it was very loud. There was moisture damage to several areas in the room. We requested a new room but there was none available. The complimentary breakfast was good. The staff were friendly.

We love comfort inn. Its comfort indeed! Staff is very welcoming, service is fantastic and the most admirable is the cleanliness in the room. You gonna love their free breakfast as well.
