worse hotel ever

We had supper at Dining room, no service at all, 1 hour to get appetizer and another 30min for main course. When I ordered Salmon server explained me that it would be medium rare which is the wayh I like it it came dry over cooked not eatable. we were charged full 218.$ when we reserved they asked if it was a special occasion which i replied my wife's birthday the maitre D came half hour before appetizer and said Oh yes you are the one with a birthday and that was it. We were told 25. for parking and charged 45 it was over 700.00 birthday night which I will never repeat as for Marriott over charged no empathy and surely not people persons. for all my facebook friends AVOID the Marriott Fallsview. Never again

Great location. Walkable to convention centre, restaurants, can see the Falls. They let us check in early as our room was ready. Easy parking at the location or just across the street.

We had an amazing stay. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We aren’t a fan of the sliding door used for the bathroom. It lacks privacy and was also very dirty

View of the falls is great but not as complete as Embassy Suites or the casino hotel. Rooms are nice with a huge tub, but the mattress could probably stand to be replaced. Was awoken by alarm in adjacent room both mornings even after raising the issue on the first day (room was empty). Paid for the best available room (off-season, hotel was basically empty) and got put on the 7th floor. Quality Inn experience at Embassy Suites prices, look elsewhere for special occasions.
