We reached the property at 5am as Mr and buddy were working the day before. Upon arrival we were greeted by this gentleman called Arvi I think and he asked for id and made copy of the id then asked for credit card was planning on making a copy of the cc which is very bizarre. I have never experienced something like this before but I was told this was policy. The day staff is much more likable. The lady working early morning ( Cindy) omg so helpful. Thanks a lot Cindy.

A wonderful stay in a beautiful place

My wife and I stayed here for one night in the Jacuzzi suite. We came here almost 31 years ago for our first anniversary. The room was quiet, the bed was very comfortable, and the room was clean. Check-in and parking were great also. I would highly recommend this hotel as it was just as good as it was 31 years ago if not better!

The manager Rasjeed was rude paid 650 for 5 days which includes parking and taxes the electricity in the bathroom went out 3 nights in a row it was reported and no one did anything except Heather she moved us into a bigger better room the electric went out on that bathroom too and Kevin which is another manager was willing to help us and got it fixed with no further issue still waiting on comps to be applied to our overall bill
