Excellent location for a family of 4 spending the night to get the most of the attractions in the area. A perfect in-between of the Skywheel and the start of the falls. The bathroom was slightly dated, and the “river view” on the third floor doesn’t give much of a river view, but still the perfect stay for us!

The hotel was fine. The room was nicely set up and furnished. Everything needed was provided. The elevator near our room was consistently loud/banging and it was quite easy to hear voices in other rooms/the halls. There was a balcony which was nice, but the view was of multiple parking lots. Free parking was a plus. 15-20 minute walk to the falls/Clifton Hill. Overall, hotel was adequate but for the price ($300 in off season) I think there is better value for the money.

Everything was great, aside from the fact that there was a room of rowdy guests across from us that were obnoxiously loud until 3am. In considering the cost of a one-night stay and the area, the hotel should hire someone to patrol each floor hourly from midnight to early morning.
