Nice enough place though if you book for three or more with Expedia, and think you are also booking and paying for breakfast for your party you only get breakfast for two and have to pay for the third person when checking in (this was what we were told at reception). Then when you get the breakfast you have to sign for it and tip too.

Nice people, great outside pool in October. room near housekeeping closet- a lot of slamming during the evening and night. Could hear toilet flushing from other rooms. no chairs on balcony, screen would not open without fear of breaking it- man came to lubricate it, but it still would not open easily

Our family stayed three nights at this hotel. The front staff was very friendly upon check-in. When we were checking out, the lady at the front desk who was most certainly pass her retirement age, was very rude. My husband came in the morning asking if she could tell him where the butler carts are, and her response was - “you need to go to each floor and check yourself as those f’ing customers never bring the carts back down” The AC unit in our room was not functioning properly - kept making loud weird noises and waking us up at night. The bed sheet on one of the beds had blood stains on it so that was not a good experience either. Other than those three things above, hotel had very easy free parking and it was within walkable distance to falls, shops and restaurants.

Unfortunate..
We stay at the holiday inn every time we come to Niagara. This time, we were severely disappointed as one of the beds in our room was on the verge of breaking. The noise, the lack of comfort and the lack of security while on it was not there - please, replace the frames if they are broken. We were not pleased at all.
