Hotel is half Holiday Inn Express and half Staybridge Suites. It’s 25 minutes from Niagara on the Lake and a half hour to Niagara Falls. You have to ask for housekeeping. We asked for fresh towels when they didn’t clean our room and never got them. Disappointing only got noon late checkout as Platinum Elite when I requested 2 pm.

Rooms were very clean and spacious large bathroom and shower loved that they use dove products in bathroom large bottles of soap,body wash, shampoo,and cream. Much better than the tiny bottles usually found in hotel washrooms! Only 10-15 minutes drive to Niagara Falls very convenient will definitely stay here again when in the area!
