Loved it . Super nice wish they had room service and water in the rooms. They could use vending machines on the floors And this one specific lady was super snotty service breakfast. But overall great staff was great

The room was not cleaned on second day. And when I mentioned this during checkout, the staff showed me an attitude that housekeeping missed it and did not even apologize. Really poor experience overall and would not even consider it again.

The front desk staff doesn’t really talk much. Never told us room service is every other day. Never apologized when they did our room keys wrong and caused us a lot of trouble. Feels like someone just doing their job with minimal effort possible instead of people in the hospitality business.
