Property location convenient to Niagara Falls SP. Nice bed and room but carpet very worn and bathroom shower was not clean and showed visible growth. Tile floors sticky and not clean. We were given a room outside elevators so noise level high and truly should not rent this room without warning of the noise. Travelers appreciate a quiet recharge and this wasnt it for us. My discussion with the front desk netted nothing.

The room itself was spacious and clean. However, housekeeping and communication among staff was non-existent. Delat with clogged toilet issue. alerted front desk at 6:30am. Told I must wait at least an hour since there was NO ONE to fix the toilet. Told to use the communal toilet by the front desk. Left for tour at around 8:30 am and returned at around 4:00pm. Shocked to discover that the toilet was not fixed, and housekeeping did not even come by that time. Alerted the front desk person(Jamal) who was not informed of the issue from the night shift. Jamal actually came himself and fixed it within five minutes(he was the ONLY helpful person) With the exception of Jamal, rest of the staff was just terrible. Housekeeping service did not clean the room by that time, finally came around close to 5 pm and handed me a few new towels and toiletries. When inquired about when I can expect the toilet to be cleaned (it got pretty gross looking due to the clogging), I was told someone will clean it "next day". It seemed like there was just one person tasked with housekeeping duties for the entire place...unbelievable.

I called a head of time and asking for the sofa bed or a futon or sofa bed or rolling bed on the phone I talked to a lady she yes we have But when I get there they told me No we don't have it so at end we had to sleep next to each other !!!

I was disappointed that none of the outlets in the room worked properly. We had to wiggle it and hold for it to charge our phones. I also didn’t like that breakfast time was a mess. They didn’t have anyone monitoring if they ran out of anything so we had to keep waiting for different breakfast items to cone out and when they did bring it out it was only less than half of a pan. There was never any coffee throughout the day my husband kept going back looking to see if coffee was replenish but nope always empty. Other than that i really liked the place. It was very clean and the staff was nice. I would definitely come back here. The breakfast part is very minor to me. The fact that it was clean and staff was nice is the most important to me.
