For a 4-5 star hotel you would expect slippers and robes but there wasn’t any. Didn’t have the view of the falls as stated in the description it was more the side far view of the Niagara Falls. There was this alarm clock that kept going on every hour until we decided to just unplug it. Don’t think I would be staying at the Hilton anymore.

Very nice Hotel our Room 3857 fallsview needed to bee clean better my kids found a cigarette butts under one bed we found a dirty socks under the next bed we found hair in the bed some parts of the room was dusty overall we didn't let it mess up our vacations when we go on vacation we usually take the first one and a half hour and clean the room top to bottom everything the kids touch get clean door, windows, walls, floors, beds,washrooms,tv,phone,chairs you get were am going with this.

I booked for a city view room, but they gave us a room with a window that has a privacy sticker that you cannot see outside. We talked to a receiptionist, he said he cannot do anything about it. We went back the following morning, and this lady receptionist was able to help us and gave us a better room without any additional room.

I booked this stay through Expedia.ca and paid taxes and fees already. However, upon check out, I was charged again for taxes and fees. The front desk worker claimed that it was NOT booked through Expedia but from another travel agency. I did show her the copy of my Expedia confirmation and payment receipt but she claimed she cannot help me anymore ! However, I have to go through customer service in order to get a refund to this extra charges. There must be an error on their booking department on this problem. I had booked stay at this hotel many times through Expedia and this is the first time it happened: very unpleasant !

The Hilton is very dated. We had to wait 2 hours to check in due to rooms not being ready/cleaned. We found an empty beer can once in the room; I noticed no stationary or pen to make a note, tv remote did not work and were told we would be given $60 off our room and $40 towards our parking for the 2 hour wait upon check in and the “manager” the next day only gave us $60 total because no notes were left by Aaron (check in guy) the previous day. Also they were supposed to text us when the room was ready but never did! The pool btw was cold and annoying kids were throwing balls across the pool sometimes hitting others. Never again Niagara Hilton. Very disappointed. Such a waste of time and money after an over 2 hour drive.

Our room was beautiful and had a great view. We had the jetted tub and it was wonderful. We had a fireplace as well and again beautiful. Room was clean and staff were friendly and nice.
