The check in staff were not able to provide me change when I wanted to pay for my hotel room with cash. My friends had booked a room with a Falls view- when we checked in we asked if we could be put together and they downgraded my friends to a room with no view without any forewarning. I thought that was in poor taste. The shower leaked like crazy and put water all over the floor no matter how I tried to close the door and the lights in the bathroom were flickering like in a haunted hotel. The pipes also made very loud noises randomly that were disturbing my sleep and would last for 10 minutes or more at a time. The location is great,
