The hotel is clean, quiet, and comfortable. The room was nice but a bit cramped. Breakfast was a bit ho- hum but eatable. It was a nice surprise that Montana's is close for dining and Sidelines is really good pub food

The staff was lovely, the hotel was clean and rooms were spacious. The Expedia site showed that rooms had bathrobes which they didn't. The site could also be more clear about the restaurant, though it is very close (within a 2 minute walk) it is not actually accessible from the inside of the hotel. This was not a huge problem for me but I was travelling with an elderly person that has mobility issues and it would have been helpful to know. The breakfast was alright but could be improved, perhaps offering some cheese slices and cut fruit. It would have been nice to have real cutlery and plates/cups too, over paper ones. Overall, the hotel was good but for the location (not walking distance to the cute downtown of St. Catherines) it feels a little overpriced. That said, if you want to be close to highway access for traveling to Niagara Falls or Niagara on the Lake and just use it as a place to sleep then it is a good location for day trips.

Nice, updated and modern hotel

Great location, modern and clean hotel, breakfast was good, simple but good. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. A little noisy due to hockey team and dance competition kids staying there, but I would definitely stay here again!

We were booked at a handicap room so bathroom was not really easy for kids. Kitchen had nothing in it not even dishwashing soap/sponge or paper towels. No plates, utensils, not happy at all. Disappointing esp with 3 kids.
