Accessible parking is extremely limited and inconveniently far from the accommodation doors. Our designated access was at Door 5, but not only were there no accessible parking spots for vehicles with a handicap permit, the closest spot was at Door 4. This was a single spot that was always occupied. The worst part is that the only accessible spots are located deep in the parking lot, which is challenging for someone who can't make the long trip to their suite door. I was left to handle all the luggage alone because I had specifically asked about parking proximity when I called to book and again upon check-in. Both times, I was assured there was parking near the door closest to my suite. My family went to join activities in the main room by the lobby, leaving me to park far away and struggle with my cane and luggage alone. The staff member I called over the phone to ask for guidance to reach my door showed no empathy and offered no assistance. Fortunately, a young person by her vehicle saw me fall under the weight of my bags and kindly helped me up and carried part of my luggage to the elevator. It’s disappointing that such a nice property has no accessible parking setup.

This place is a sh*t show. They have no idea what they are doing. I will never stay here again. It is embarrassing when you get turned down from getting a meal b/c the front desk f*cks up and forgets to scan your credit card and then you get locked out from your room and you can’t do anything at the resort or even get back to your room without walking a 1/2 mile with your pissed off wife and 4 hungry kids!!! Makes it real memorable, what a f*cking joke.

Great Wolf Lodge is a resort we’d love to visit again! The food is delicious, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. Most importantly, the kids absolutely love it. Highly recommended!
