Clean facility. Check in was organized, quick, wasn’t given directions on which elevator to use so it got confusing and the B elevator took about 10 minutes just to arrive and would act up. Parking is expensive on a Friday night to park outside..across the street is $35. Walls are very very thin, I can hear the room next to me having a normal conversation which I paid extra for the higher floor room which was 14 out of 19 floors. Won’t be my pick when staying in the Falls again.

Its awesome that there are multiple things that attach to the hotel, Casino, restaurants, Tim Hortons, attractions arcade, Yuk Yuk's etc. So convenient!! Room could have been cleaner and light bulbs could have been changed but overall i would stay theiragain!!

Hotel was great, parking situation not so much.

For the most part our stay was amazing! The room was amazing and staff were great until it was checkout time. The lady at the front desk was very rude. Our car was also broken into in the PUBLIC parking lot the hotel directed us to because their lot was full. Luckily nothing of value was taken but the hotel couldn’t do anything as they didn’t have any cameras in that lot because it wasn’t there’s. That was very frustrating but the overall experience at the hotel was great.

Our first room was basically a dungeon with almost no natural light and the industrial air conditioner blocking our window and a stained couch. I asked the front desk for a new room and they were great to accommodate. I just don’t understand why they would give anyone that room to begin with. Everything else about the stay was great including our new room
