We registered for parking 2 nights prior with my driver's license and credit card - when we arrived after a long day at Niagara on the lake there was no parking available. However the room was billed on the card. We had to park 1 block away and as seniors it wasn't easy to walk in windy cold weather. We were given the impression that the car was registered for parking. No available family restaurant (there is a casino) and the gift shop prices were off the charts over priced. The room dusty and a musty smell. The concierge (a child) was rude. To rent a movie was 32.00. Never again will we book with this Hotel. I am still waiting for my 50.00 security refund billed on the credit card. Would definitely not recommend a money grab.

Nothing bad to say about this hotel! Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean. The only critique I might have is that parking is wildly expensive…we have an EV and they wanted to charge us $70 for parking plus an additional $35 for access to the charges. We ended up just parking in a cheaper lot and charging at a Super Charger. Otherwise, great hotel!

Property conveniently located within walking distance to multiple attraction in Fallsview. Room had a nice view and we could see the Canadian Horseshoe falls. There are better view options but the room was convenient and clean. Only complaint is parking should be included.

What an amazing place to stay. Had a perfect view of the falls from the 17th floor! Option of parking on property or across the street. Beautiful room very very quiet and exquisite view!
