A lot of things in room was broken , bathroom wasn’t very clean , our view was an roof top ac unit Ac was very loud Signage was poor hard to find your way around Parking is expensive Staff was fairly friendly but didn’t do much to correct our issues (waived our parking cost ) I booked a king room with falls view got 2 queens and city view asked to be upgraded got a king bed with no view at all Won’t be back

The staff is very friendly. Walking distance to Niagara Falls, it also has an overpass to the casino. Very convenient location. However, both the sink and bathtub in my room are a little clogged. Also, the carpet in the elevator is quite dirty, and it seems nobody has vacuumed it for a while. Overall, I had a good time at this hotel.

When we checked in we were given a room that had not been cleaned. There were dirty towels on the bathroom floor, the bed had not been made and the trash cans were full. I went back to the front desk and they gave us a different room. The new room had been cleaned and was tidy but very noisy. There have been a few charges that have appeared on my credit card since we checked out of the hotel and after placing a call to the hotel today I was told that they are mandatory charges and security deposits for each day we were at the hotel. They security deposits are supposed to be removed from my card within a week but the mandatory fees will stay. Apparently these are charges that are added on top of the amount that Expedia collected when I booked my stay.

When first checking in, we were given room 226, and there was this overwhelming bad/mold smell that we just could not get rid of. We tried to cancel the rest of our stay, but the hotel didn't let us, so we were then switched to room 926. The smell was much better, but the bathroom was extremely moldy with cracked tiles on the walls and floor of the shower base, and the only thing keeping water in the shower was a long piece of rubber on the floor that was also moldy. The bed and sheets were also uncomfortable and cleaning service did nothing more than fold the sheets. I wish I took pictures, but I forgot to. I felt like I was staying in a two star motel. Putting this all aside, the staff were very friendly and the AC system was good.
