Excellent hotel with good service and great facilities. Rooms are clean and spacious. Staff is friendly. Free breakfast was excellent and had lots of options. Coffee is amazing. The only feedback I have is the temperature control was not great. It was a cold damp few days and every time we tried to warm the room the central controls took over and turned off the heat and the room became a bit too cold which was not comfortable at night.

Great stay, excellent location.
My family stayed at 1103. The room has very nice view to skylon tower, probably able to see firework too. The room also very nice looking, plenty of usb ports. Excellent bathroom ventilation. Very nice breakfast. Location is excellent, many restaurants nearby. And only a few minutes walk to the falls. However, its next to elevator, so a bit noisy.

The room window was tiny. There were mold in the shower. The parking was listed as available in the Expedia post without clear indication that that additional fee was required.

Stay was good overall and the room was better than expected to accommodate 5 people. The fan / heat in the room was incredibly loud and noisy. I live in Canada and I am used to all hear / furnace noises and this way horrible. There was no way to control it. Should be fixed to get a good night.
