The only thing I thought was abit unfair was the 70.00 a day parking, we could have done the shuttle and park for 35.00 but when,there are kids involved it is not convenient and we wanted to feel safe at night by staying at the hotel parking. I am a grandmother and I went with my daughter and her two little kids. When there are no males it is safer to not park further away.

Don’t stay here-many more better choices!

Basic stay. Service was basic-wasn’t thrilled with this place or the staff. Nothing above and beyond. 4 pm check in? Really? 50$ 2 hour late check out! 70$ parking/$100 if you want valet and in and out. Breakfast was frozen premade omelettes, deep fried pre cut potatoes, scrambled eggs from a powder, frozen pancakes and pork sausages. No alternatives or condiments I could see. Frozen orange juice and apple juice. Room was large and clean and comfortable! The satellite tv didn’t work well AT ALL and I sleep with the tv on. Elevators take forever and the choice of restaurants in and around the hotel are beyond American centric. Did I say so over priced! The menus on line have NO prices on them. The Conceirge sent a welcome text and was asked to assist with any questions. I asked a couple and everyone of them was not addressed with anything that helped. It seems more like robot hospitality than anything else here. I understand it’s a total tourist trap-but come on! 2/10… at check out-they never thanked us for our stay! Golden rule of hotels! Fail. We will happily be back to the falls, but not at the Embassy Suites! The Falls are beyond magnificent!

It is in a perfect location, walkable to everything we needed. We could partially see the Niagara Falls from our windows. The line to breakfast was insane and breakfast was 3 stars. But at least something to start the day. The room was clean and nice — we could make coffee and tea in the room.

We loved the place, pool was pretty shallow but the kids still loved it and loved that it had two hot tubs. We stayed for 9 days and they only came to clean our room and give us clean towels once and we had to ask, which we didn’t really like that. They offer snacks each day and that was nice but it was the same snacks everyday. Breakfast was amazing, they have buffet style. They also have an arcade which was nice. They have onsite parking and off site parking, we went with offsite, they offer a shuttle service to get to and from the parking lot, the longest we waited for the shuttle was less than 5 minutes.

Elevators were an issue during peak arrival, meal times and check out hours. One was down for repairs all 4 days we were there. Also free breakfast is setup in the lounge/restaurant area. They put it up and take down daily. After waiting half an hour for elevator you need to wait in winding line in lobby then sit anywhere you can even dirty tables because everyone is trying to eat and leave at once. Very poor setup. We paid for ihop three days after bad experience first day. Not cool. Room was great. View superb. Experience with facilities not great.

Property is nice, cocktail hour is nice, the self parking has a lot of miscommunication and the valets had us on a goose chase, the parking location also isn’t available on Apple Maps so it was very difficult we had to call the hotel again and speak with three people before we were parked. Shuttle service is nice. Our shower was not working properly but we talked to the people at the desk and someone was sent to our room within 10 minutes and was a quick fix! Would definitely recommend this hotel
