There was complimentary coffee in the room, but no bottled water provided. Housekeeping only comes every four days, which was surprising. Also, if you prefer hot water for your bath, it might be frustrating—took about 30 minutes just to get it warm. One will expect more for that premium price!

Incredibly complicated from where to park to check in to getting to dinner at the Keg. Was a nice hotel, with lovely rooms and decent staff, but hard to get elevator, have to enter the parking ramp to get checked in to leave the ramp. It was a nice place, but reason to stay there is location. Overall frustrating.

The measure of good service is not what goes right but what goes wrong.. After returning home, I received my emailed invoice and noticed that we had an error in the charge for the parking. I was directed to the Valet parking manager who took my information. He called me back within 5 minutes and had rectified the problem. Front desk check in was great. We visit once a year and will definitely be back. Thanks for a great stay.

What an absolute treat to staying at this amazing place, the rooms we stayed in are facing the Horse shoe falls and from your bed you can see this incredible spectacle! My only surprise was how unwelcoming the reception was, especially from an employee named Troy, don’t even know if it is his real name! He couldn’t have cared less about my check in, I got to get the info about WiFi from my guests that stayed next door to me! Hotel incredible, location incredible, fun to have all around the are, incredible! Thank you this stay will stay in the top of the top of memories!

I booked 2 weeks in advance and picked a room with a king bed, but ended up with 2 queen beds. The whirlpool in the room barely circulated the water. It costs $50 to have a car in their parking deck. Value for your dollar is not worth it. Totally disappointed.

Great location and falls view spacipus rooms. That the only good thing about this hotel. Staff is terrible - rude, unhelpful and we were really put off by pressure for Tips from baggage storage and other staff there. Parking rate of $70 per day for self parking is exhorbitant.

The view was incredible. The food in the Keg was so good we went back the next day and had another great meal. Loved the jetted bath and separate shower. The bed was very comfortable.

Overall, stay was OK. The view on the 10th floor was nice then we got on 38th floor and the view was amazing but service was not good. Could not get extra towels, washcloths, and extra supplies when asked three times.
