Weekend Escape

We have stayed here at least once a year for the last 5 years. We ALWAYS enjoy this hotel. The spaciousness of the rooms, location to what we need. My daughter is celiac and we loved thenoption of a made to order imlette in the am for her. This visit, the breakfast layout was different and did not provide thebmade to order eggs. The ones offered were rubbery, cold and bland. We also didn't initially see the fruit and yogurt so was momentarily disappointed. What used ton sell us on picking this hotel over others, has possibly changed our future decisions. As well, the Keg is goube :( the "reception" for guests was not the same. The staff were amazing! For the first time ever, our room was not redy until 4pm on the nose. We tried at 345 pm, and was a little shocked.

The staff really made the stay. The hotel had many staff on site helping with bags, doors, elevators and even the check in and check out process was very easy. Every one of them was very friend sly and genuinely seemed to care about us and helping to make our stay a good one.

Great place to stay. Staff was always polite and helpful. My only criticism is that you need to put planning for your elevator ride into you travel time because you can be waiting a really long time for one. However overall great place excellent views!!!
