Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall good location and nice clean rooms. Good for family stay. Property has no elevators, it is inconvenient for senior citizens climb up for second floor. One of the brekafast staff members was rude.

The window faces the hallway, My lord. They don’t clean the room for you unless you ask, if you stay for only two day, and you ask for the room service the next, they’ll say you ask too late, they’ll clean it on the third day which is the time you leave. The restroom is so tiny, my god. And this cost me 220$ each night??

I stayed at this hotel with my family. The location was very convenient—just a short distance from Niagara Falls and with easy access to nearby attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. However, the room had an unpleasant smell whenever we turned on the heater, which was a bit disappointing. Breakfast was average, nothing special but adequate. Overall, a decent stay with a great location, though some improvements could be made to the room conditions.

We stayed 3 nights for a family trip to Niagara Falls. Hotel location is about 15 minutes from the falls. The hotel offers a free shuttle but we did not ask about it.

Smaller rooms and far away from water falls.

Not well protected against outside and adjacent room noise. Smaller rooms. Dining area is smaller and crowded in the prime morning time. Far away from the waterfalls. No shuttle services.
