We arrived late on Sunday 11/10 and in need of a restroom after a great deal of driving and being cold and wet from the drenching rain. The gentleman at the front desk was so accommodating and welcoming. He even offered me his personal unopened bottle of water! I wish we had more time to stay & enjoy the property and its amenities. Absolutely fabulous and I hope to come back again soon. Would definitely stay there.

Worst ever
Not the best choice I've made in accomodation. Bfast was ok. Problem is with hooligans using the outdoor pool fully clothed. When complaining to front desk, minimal to no intervention. Manager "reviewed" camera footage and decided on his own the other patrons were Muslim and hence, were fully clothed. Highly doubtful as the women were showing plenty of skin. Faces uncovered, conventional street clothes worn. I think the manager was grasping at straws trying to justify their actions, Then a old man working the dining area proceeds to indicate that "this is America". Really? How about I am fully aware. Further, as kitchen staff, mind your own business and keep out of conversations between guests and management. Go wipe your tables and concentrate on your duties. Nobody asked for the useless, uneducated information he offered. First time staying there. Last time. Better hotels less than a block away.

Cuando llegue que por cierto fue como una hora antes del check in, me asusté por que no había nadie solo 2 empleados. Y me dije OMG en donde me metí. Y se veía como en construcción o algo así. Pero cuando me bajé y hablé con la recepcionista. Todo empezó a cambiar la recepción lo más cute. Ella fue muy amable y servicial hasta me dejó hacer el check in antes de tiempo. Cuando fui al cuarto na da mal. La verdad me sorprendí. Totalmente limpio sin olores, TV , neverita, microwave, blower, shampoo, body lotion. Las cortinas cubrían bastante así que en las mañanas no entró claridad. El área del desayuno pequeña pero acogedora. Lo único que no tenían hielo a la hora del desayuno. Pero nada mal para lo que pagué fue muy bueno. Desayuno continental y parking gratis.

Staff were lovely, I got to check in a few hours early and it was a smooth process. Breakfast was very basic but I wasn't expecting a lot for the price. Room wasn't spotless but manageable for a one night stay
