Very unclean hotel
The first room was very old and musky spelling and it had roaches. Plus we had an adjoining room that someone kept trying to open. We requested another room that had a better view but also had roaches. We were 6 peopl and was only given 3 towels and we kept having to request more. Not a good experience at all.

Hotel staff didn’t do anything about a very loud group screaming and laughing and drinking with their doors open until after 4 am. A call to reception did not change anything. The early check in the day before was appreciated but not getting more than 2 hours of sleep was not.

Stayed there for 1 night after changing from another hotel. Not cheap but good price/quality for Niagara. Lobby area need to ne refreshed. Parkings cheaper across the street

We were there for one night, and it was a very good experience. The hotel was very close to Clifton Hills, and has many restaurants nearby. They also have a big indoor pool which is very nice during the hot weather, and also make sure to accompany kids in the pool. Our bedroom was spacious and everything was clean. One thing that I did not like was the parking fee. And I feel like the hotel is little overpriced. Other than that, everything was great!

L'emplacement est idéal. proche de cliffton hill et des chutes à pied. L'endroit aurait par contre besoin de bon rafraîchissement. La climatisation est très bruyante. Le confort des lits est correct. Il y a un déjeuner payant offert sur place. Le personnel est très gentil.

We had a basic room and it was great! Room was clean, and quiet. Location is very close to Clifton Hill attractions which is great when traveling with young children. Less than a 5 minute walk to restaurants, and attractions.
