Last Minute Father/Son Trip

Went with my 8 year old son for a last minute get away while mommy had to work. Think this was our 5th stay at this hotel. We always leave happy.

This particular stay was very disappointing. There were lots of unsupervised kids running around in the hallways, playing on the elevator, and knocking on room doors and running away. Stayed 2 nights and complained around 5 times. Will not be returning to this property.

This is the second time hubby and I have stayed. This tike we brought the kids anf they nevet ran out of things to do around here. Staff was amazing and housekeepping is the best!! We always had fresh towels, fresh linens, and our amenities were always stalked. I love how they providr Dove products (hand soap, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner) for use and it works on mine and my childrens hair type (4C o 3C). They were accommodating on our two rooms being on the same floor but opposite sides of the hotel. We will be back next year!!

It’s near Clifton Hill which is a the main reason why we stayed here. Very affordable for one night stay. Staffs in lobby were very courteous and friendly. The room we got was spacious, although the sofa bed was not useful for us as it did not even open as it should. Overall, I would stay here again in the future.
