My room was terrible. My bed was supposed to be a queen size and it felt like hardly a double. We had a shoebox of a room stuck down multiple corridors in a corner of the hotel. Paid $230 to look out the window into the hallway of the hotel.

This property is very close to Clifton hills but is not unkept well. Some towels had stains the toilet paper and tissue box upon entering the room were empty. Other guess are yelling and screaming at all hours of the night and they tried to charge my credit card for the deposit before I even checked in which seemed very odd

When we arrived the first room they gave us was like we were in a basement. There was a small 1 foot window by the ceiling that faced a wall. I call and asked to be relocated which they did however this room was full of ants..when I brought this to their attention all they said was ok thanks for telling us. Lcoation was good tho and the pool area seemed cleaned. Overall I would not book this location again.
