We always stay here when we visit Niagara falls. Great location. Very close to clifton hill and away from all the busyness of the area. Our past stays are always great but this time it wasn't. When we got in our room, it strongly smelled like spices. We asked front desk if they could spray it with air freshener but the smell was still there. It was so strong it gave us headaches. The bed isn't comfortable and pillows are thin. We stayed for two nights and when they cleaned our room on our second day, they didn't replenish our paper cups and coffee pods. We had to call front desk and ask for them. When they brought it up our room, they forgot the coffee pods. We only got paper cups. I think staying here is very hit or miss.

Staff was very friendly and very attentive! Loved the front desk courtesy call, adds a nice touch of hospitality. We needed help with our tv and maintenance was up within five minutes. It’s a quiet hotel and walkable to all the attractions. Next time we’re in Niagara I would stay here again. Highly recommend!

Very helpful staff and the location is perfect for a quick walk to Clifton Hill and the Falls. We got checked in and received a call from the front desk asking how the room is. We liked that as I have never experienced that in any other hotel. The bathroom comes with Dove products in the shower and hand soap on the counter which both my Boyfriend and I loved! We will definitely be coming back.

Family Trip
Front desk is friendly and professional to talk with during and after our stay. The only reason we are not completely satisfied with the room that was assigned to us. I requested on my booking to give us a renovated unit not the old looking one. To our surprise we ended up getting the old unit with overlooking the roof of the next building.
