We were not happy that when we showed up to check in, we paid more than dbl than what people showing to were paying.! We paid $650 for 2 nights and theybwere charging ppl $97 a night that were just coming in.No fridge and no microwave at that cost is disgraceful!

Very noisy as 2nd floor room faced craziness of walker byers and honking all night on street. Building is old and lots of mold in different places in room. Jets in the room jacuzzi spewed out black dirt. Hot and cold tap reversed in bathroom sink. Water spilling over side of toilet. Breakfast was one toaster only for whole building that kept getting bread stuck. White sugar donuts and mini cupcakes was main meal as there weren’t bowls available for instant oatmeal or bland cereal. Super basic.. not worth the almost $500 total I spent there with parking across the street. Very disappointing as other great hotels nearby that are more up to date and offer more.

X'mas day/night this year = Hanukkah. Guest next door (more than 4 ppl) were having fun past midnight. Noise kept my family from peaceful rest. Called the Front around 12am and a staff was sent but no improvement. Called again around 2am and only lowered a bit. They even tried opening the adjoining door in between the rooms. Not fully the hotels' fault but this unacceptable noise level can commonly be expected and the hotel should have better soundproofing insulations; instead of depending on rule adhering guest or staff's personally warnings. BF was simple bread & coffee types, duration rather short. Suitable for biz trip guests but not so family friendly. Their speed and attitude of cleaning up the food is much quicker and active than their refilling the food. $12 parking was reasonable but, as guest of the hotel, courtesy waiver or simple $0 parking should be offered.

The breakfast was of very low quality. Although they advertised an infant crib, we were provided with a low-quality pack-and-play without a proper mattress. The pool was uncomfortably cold and poorly maintained; people entered wearing outdoor clothes, which was truly unhygienic and unpleasant. There was only one slow elevator, and the wait times were excessively long—sometimes up to 10 minutes.

I'm someone who wants a ground floor room and they originally had me on the top floor. I asked if at all possible to be on the ground floor as this was an 8 day trip for me and they went above and beyond to accommodate me. I even got an upgraded room.
