Bad customer service.
The TV wouldn’t connect go any apps or play regular TV. Tried for half an hour to get it to work. When I told the person at the front desk he laughed. I asked if he could give me parking free to compensate for not having all the advertised amenities of the room, he said no. and laughed again. Not the best customer service skills.
