Shower filled up the tub making up very inconvenient. I tried taking a nap and the noise coming from upstairs sounded like the building was coming done. Nowhere was it posted informing guests there would be construction. For an old hotel the fees are extremely ridiculous. Choose another hotel the Crowne is horrible

Heat needed improvement
The heat was not working properly so the room was cold. Water for shower took a long time to get warm, never hot. When shower was in use the smoke detector went off. Bed was comfortable and balcony nice

Stayed on the 11 floor, Sewage gas coming up from the pipes who room smells, stuck for to days . leaking water also in the bathroom. How keeping come in our room at 9am while we were sleeping. Terrible experience with the hotel was offered nothing for the inconveniences.

Checked in late night last minute. Understandable maybe short of staff. However, when I called the concierge for toothbrushes, they said be there in 20 mins, we waited for over 2hrs for them to come. The bathroom is noisy too, you can hear your neighbour flushing toilet and water running in their showers.

I do not ever write reviews. Sadly, this hotel was so disappointing. We had no heat in the room. We tried bumping it up to 80, but it didn't matter. The front desk said sorry and that they were renovating.
