Visit was amazing! From the warm welcome at reception to the gracious farewell when I left. Samantha was wonderful. She went above and beyond and made me and my family feel so valued and welcome. Location was perfect. Close to restaurants, activities and The Falls. I will DEFINITELY be back!

We've stayed here a few times now and will likley keep coming back. Rooms are clean. Its walking distance to all the attractions and they give you a free cookie at check in lol. Little things can make a big difference.

This hotel for the most part is pretty amazing. The staff are wonderful and the hotel is very clean. Unfortunately, this time somebody broke into my car. My only complaint would be their breakfast is awful.

I was assigned a ground-floor room, which turned out to be quite noisy. After seeing the room, I requested a change, but the receptionist declined, stating that any request for a higher-floor room must be made at the time of booking. Additionally, the sink splashed water excessively, and the shower was very low, seemingly designed for individuals with disabilities, which made it uncomfortable to use.

Great value for the money. Clean, decent amenities, helpful staff, walking distance to downtown, cookies upon arrival, basic but decent breakfast, warm pool. The only downside was high parking charge but all hotels in this area charge parking. Would definitely recommend.
