This place was a 10/10. Staying here was the best decision I made during my trip. The staff were lovely, the hotel was clean and well organized. Our hotel room was very clean! We stayed in the room with a hot tub and soaking after being out all day was so relaxing. If you planned on watching tv, forget it because they’re very poor quality with limited channels. However, being so close to Clifton Hill, I doubt anyone would want to stay in and watch TV anyways. It was amazing being a very short walk away from all of the food and attractions, making it so we could come home late without worry. Breakfast was hot with a great selection, perfect to get you going for the day. Overall I would 100% come back and stay at the Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Niagara Falls.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is good, easy to walk to shopping, food, bus stops, and casino. I was not happy with the breakfast or the room it was served in at all, very disappointed. It was a good room for a decent price and location.

I like that the hotel was close to the amusement park. The staff were very friendly. The room could use a little bit more cleaning bathtub was dirty. The fridge could use some cleaning aswell. Blankets could’ve been more fluffier all worned out too thin. Maybe the breakfast could’ve had more variety it’s too basic Add an allergy list. Some people are allergic. They need to know what they are eating. Maybe some air freshener entering the hotel and in the elevator smells very moldy. The lights in the elevator is very very dimmed, you can’t even see to press the buttons to know which floor you’re going to.

Amazing experience from the moment we walked in the hotel , the service was wonderful so friendly and willing to go over and above Which I find doesn't happen much with hotels, complimentary cookies and coffee right in the lobby was offered to us as soon as we finish checking in , quick to be there before all of our needs. Very unfortunate. Clean hotel and facility in great condition, but extremely noisy. I couldn’t sleep at all. Guests running and laughing late at night… Maybe it was a one time thing but I’m not going back for a second chance.
