All around have no complaints! Staff were friendly and always around if needed! Breakfast was great nothing fancy but plenty for a hotel! Complementary coffee and the cookies at the front desk were great! Stayed in the king room with the jacuzzi and 0 complaints there, room was clean beds were good only complaints about it were the pillows were quite small but nothing terrible everything else no complaints about! Pool was great! Parking lot could use some TLC with the $22 per night parking but it does the job! Overall would stay again and will probably be my new hotel from now on! Thank you to all the housekeeping and staff who made the experience warm and comfortable!

I don't recommend it to anyone with families. The walls aren't soundproof enough. The free breakfast requires a ticket to be given to them as proof of hotel stay. The linens aren't clean for the sofa bed and it squeaks. The front desk is ok, they helped me out a bit with my complaints about the sounds that other people at the hotel were making and the dirty linen that I found on the sofa bed.

Bon emplacement belle vue côté ville

Nous avions pris une chambre vue sur la ville wowww. Mini frigo, distributeur shampooing, conditionneur, gel douche et savon à main très pratique. Situé Directement sur la Grande Allée, à 15 -20 minutes de marche du Château Frontenac. Plusieurs restaurants et évènements directement à la sortie de l'hôtel. Belle piscine et 2 bains à remous avec vue sur la ville.

Budget friendly hotel with delicious breakfast.

Room was spacious as expected since we opted for the 2 queen suite with the separated room. The bathroom fans were automatically turned on when the light was turned on and the comfort of the beds have significantly decreased since we last visited in November 2024. Positive point is that room was clean. Breakfast attendant was lovely to be greeted with in the morning and kept the food well stocked and tidy. Parking is $22 +taxes and fees as of March 20th 2025 which I found a bit steep considering condition of the lot.

Very friendly staff…the free breakfast was surprisingly ok…parking though a bit pricey at 20 per night was easy and convenient…FYI the smaller Casino Niagara is about a 7 min walk but if you’re going to the Fallsview Casino or the OLG stage for a concert it’s about a 25 minute walk… Overall decent for overnight accommodation would probably stay again.

My first time staying at this hotel and I was pleasantly surprised. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Free coffee and tea in the lobby 24 hours, and free cookies between 2pm-10pm. A night stay also comes with free continental breakfast. The hotel looks recently renovated and clean. It’s a close walk to Clifton hill and area attractions. The only aspect that could use improvement is the gym. There is only one treadmill and elliptical functional. It could use some free weights as well. Overall, it was a great stay and this will be my new go to hotel when I visit Niagara Falls.
