Pool and hot tub need to be updated. We order two rooms one was good the other needed repair hotel staff were helpful for us to move rooms however feel all rooms should be updated. However for the price and January weather was good.

1st day they gave us 1st floor room#110. I was in basement . Floor was dirty and bad smell of swimming pool . Lot of noise of people's coming and going . Plus beside room door open and shuts the banging noise wake us so many times. . Same night I complaint about it and told them move us from this room . They told us ask us tm . Them they gave us room #810 . But same near by elevator noise But we spend our day and come back home . Breakfast time is very early . 6.30 to 9.30. we have to put alarm for wakeup to have break fast . People stay in hotel for relax not for sleep in tension to have breakfast in morning. Rest are ok .

To be honest, going to this hotel since 2018, been here at least 10 times or more. It is reasonable but they definitely need some renovations, the elevators smell old and moldy same with the hallways, another guest was in the elevator with us said the same thing that it smells moldy. The breakfast is good, but we have decided we won't be staying at this hotel anymore, they don't even let you check in early, we stayed at Hamptons in downtown Toronto, they let us check in early at no additional cost and gave us breakfast for free!

Great place to stay

Thouroughly enjyed my stay here. Everyone from the cleaning staff to the staff putting out the breakfact toe the front desk were super friendly and attentive to any of my needs. Would deffinately recommend staying here if you are just passing through or if you are staying and extended period of time

I was not told of a charge for parking in January the off season in Niagara Falls, at check in a sign reads $ 30 extra per night. I booked on line and this was not on My total bill. Expedia Site if you click on parking icon it is $20 per night. We live in Niagara falls and booked two nights to swim and hot tub and Casino, the hot tub was cloudy, I told pool guy and they empty cleaned and filled over night. it was very clean after that!! Free breakfast was good overlooking pool. I did not have to get in a cold car in January, just go down 3 floors in elevator Yes I would do it again!!
