This is a delightful gem to stsy at whike in Niagara Falls. It is far more accomadating than many other area hotels that overcharge and force you to pay extra for amenities you receive included at the Victoria Inn at Clifton Hill. It within walking distance of many good venues in the heart if the district without a premium cost. I will definitely book here again.

Clean but clearly sated hotel. 10 minute walk to american falls. On clifton hill, but the far end. Breakfast was ok, not a lit of options. Air conditioning was quiet, bed was ok.

Price, free parking, free breakfast and location are the big pluses for this property. Hotel is showing its age, however. This is the old Hampton Inn. In-room carpet was a bit dirty, stained and worn. TV had only about 10 channels and furniture was old. Other than that, the beds were clean and comfortable and the place was very quiet. Literally right across the street from Casino Niagara.

The building is old, but I love the design and it was a fun stay with Clifton Hill being so close! Breakfast could’ve had a little more options than just breads, cereal, sausage and eggs both days. Fresh fruit would be nice, but we enjoyed our stay!

Love Clifton Victoria Inn! It's located almost across from Casino. Very close also to Clifton Hill which makes a walk to Falls about 10 minutes. Very bright entrance when entering Inn. Balconies surround 1 side. On ground floor is the breakfast are which is free with stay! You get a selection of teas, coffee, juices or milk. Various cereals, egg rounds, sausage rounds, bagels, English muffin or white or brown bread. There are jams, peanut butter or Nutella. On same floor is the pool. It's separated from the eating area by a wall. Not a large or deep pool but nice for a refreshing swim. Attendants at check in were friendly & accommodating for a fridge in our room. 2 Elevators to floors but are slow. Parking is out back of hotel but free! You need to bring items in from that point as there's only a few steps at entrance. Room was clean but needs a little updating. Your basics were there: shampoo, soap, coffee maker, plastic cups, ice cube bin. Air conditioner worked fine. Not many channels on tv. Didn't find it noisy at night. Overall enjoyed our stay

My husband uses a walker. This hotel does not have wheelchair friendly doors at the exit to the parking lot,so I struggled holding the door and pulling in the trolley. Excellent location. You can ‘check in’ early but only get your key at 3 pm.

There is no such thing as a “king” bed at this hotel. Despite being in a junior suite with a king bed described, the bed was at best a queen - not sure it was even that big. So beware.

You guys need to work on few things . You guys need to do some serious upgrade on furniture . Clean the windows for better room view. Need some upgrades on bathroom . And breakfast needs more item .
