Enjoyed the stay. The pool and hot tub were very clean and enjoyable. Restaurant on site has good food, atmosphere, service. Paying for parking is kind of ridiculous however!

Very nice. Hotel has everything you need without leaving. Great for a weekend holiday. The room I had (king with fireplace) was absolutely beautiful. I have stayed at a lot of hotels in Niagara Falls. I was surprised buy how clean and new the rooms looked. The only downside not close to the falls, casinos and Clifton hill.

The staff at was incredibly friendly and helpful. The front desk was responsive to our needs, and the housekeeping team went above and beyond to make sure room was clean. Breakfast was excellent.

The hotel was clean, staff was friendly. Two pieces of feedback I have are 1. that the pool was too cold and 2. Would recommend the shower heads be replaced with one with a hand held option. Would be easier for families bathing their toddlers. Area around the hotel was a little sketchy - didn’t quite feel safe out at night (saw some questionable activities around convenience store) Other than that great value for the stay - the indoor playground, the arcade even the live entertainment at the bar was great. Will definitely be staying here again next time I’m in the falls.

We wanted to book a property that was super kid friendly and not too close to the hustle and bustle; this was the most perfect option! It had all the amenities that kept my kids happy on days we just wanted to hang out at the hotel. It’s right next-door to restaurants, drug stores and a grocery store! The hotel itself is a little older, but they make up for it in the cleanliness and the atmosphere! The staff were so accommodating and friendly at not only the hotel but the restaurant attached as well!
