The waterpark was fun for our family. Bedroom was also clean and balcony is nice. It would b nice to have a swimming area for adults apart from the chaos and busyness of the slides and playpools.

Place was great altough expected and understandable, way too much chlorine. You smell it as soon as you arrive and altough it fades away if your child has any sort of respiratory issues(even if they are just overcoming a respiratory illness auch ad the flu) the chlorine will bother them and can lead to chlorine cough. As soon as we left my son was noticeably coughing less to not at all. If they could find a way to better ventilate it would be much better for the lil ones. Other than that exactly what we expected for the money we paid.

It was a nice stay. The kids enjoyed the waterpark. The slides were fun. It felt slightly old and run down in the hotel the way the floors were warped and one of the elevators made a loud bang noise every time we used it. The last day we were there we wanted to really take advantage of the waterpark for a couple hours so we were going to order pizza from the restaurant there but they did not have dough and were not going to all day. So we got hungry and ended up leaving sooner than anticipated. Next time we will try another waterpark hotel that is more expensive as we went with the cheaper option and it felt that way. All in all we did enjoy ourselves and made a nice family memory.

We are amazed how big the room was. Everything we need is in there. We are very pleased staying in that hotel. Waterpark is awesome, and even the arcade inside the hotel is good. We really had a great a time.

Not extraordinary and not bad, just fine

Check-in process was not that smooth. Usually when you book hotel and waterpark packages you are allowed to use the park before getting the room. During our stay all guests checked-in at 2 pm together and was a huge line up. Our room had a door through which you could go to the room next door. A lot of noise pass between two adjacent rooms through this door.

Had to pay for parking $28 and my cousin parked in side lot found used needles on gravel ground. Kids screaming at all hours running up and down the hallways. Would not recommend this to travelers. Terrible!

Great place for a weekend getaway with the kids. Things I didn't like was they had no shower line to hang your wet swimsuits, the soap for showering was no good. Luckily, there is a fresco right beside it.

We would definitely go back to the Americana again, but not on March break. There were waaaaaaaay too many people in the waterpark and it was dirty. I shudder when I think of the pool and all of the random hairs that were stuck to my body coming out of it because of how many people were in it. It was totally under capacity in there
