Disappointing treatment

Good location, nice breakfast. What is disappointing is the add on day, and the way treated. Went out of room to come back and key was disactivated no access to room, situation corrected. When I checked out early, they were giving me run around about a missing laundry bag, completely ridiculous, and going on about..finally told them to check top shelf of closet, found 1 laundry bag! Sorry she is short! It s pretty ridiculous..

From the moment we arrived the staff were very kind and attentive offering us a drink and support with bags. The location is perfect and right next to the beach.
