They have card system that put the card to have all electronic equipment turned on the room and air conditioning. Only give you one key, meaning, every time when you come back to the hotel room, have to wait until the room will be cooled down when your whole clothes are soak in with sweat.

The room is clean but I was disappointed when the room have a good shower but the drainage is BAD. The water keep going out of the toilet and wetting the whole bathroom yet I had to complain everyday which gives me discomfort of my trip and the staff said they will fix it but then the engineer said cannot be fix and told to not use the shower fully turn on. I mean you provide good shower and you tell your guest that DO not turn the full shower on. My stay was discomfort as constantly told to change room yet same issue. - Room was not sound proof. Can hear people outside talking so loud. Advantage : Good pool view and nice pool :)

Good value for money and a good location

Room very nice, comfortable with modern fittings and stylish decor. Food ok with some fresh eggs and Pho available along with a varied buffet of Vietnamese food and salads, cold meats, fruit. Staff very friendly but limited English, however they did provide laundry and taxi service on time. Laundry service efficient but pricey compared to other places I’ve stayed in Vietnam (however this seems to be true of Nha Trang generally). Overall it was a very good hotel for the money I paid in a good location within 5 minutes of the beach and good local restaurants.

Good value mid range 3 star

Good location, two streets away from beachfront around 300 meters, very large rooms , decent breakfast with a focus on chinese vistors, beautiful pool on top floor, would stay here again, however they keep your passports until you check out which was a bit odd and dangerous to leave your passport with hotel staff.

Give the hotel a five out of five

Fabulous!!! I had a room overlooking the front street, it was quiet, clean and had a vibratory chair and cassock in it. Had laundry done and it was back in record time. Roof top pool but I never partook had room service one night and it was ok.

Fantastic room with a wonderful view. An enormous bed which was one of the comfiest I have slept in! Brilliant shower, hot and powerful. Room was faultless! Pool was small but fantastic, amazing views! Great staff although English was a struggle, but they made every effort to help! Breakfast had limited European choice but what they have is tasty, all I needed! Location is in a quiet side street but close enough to everything you want! They also knocked on my door and gave me a lovely birthday cake, what a treat! Highly recommended!

Staff excellent and location of hotel was great for the beach - 2 blocks. The only issue, and that is no fault of the hotel, is the hotel being built right next door. Construction commencing very early in the morning till over 9pm at night. Constant hammering and noise, but this will finish soon hopefully (I stayed June 2019).

Hotel is new on a busy location. Room glass is not soundproof, can hear traffic noises. We stay on a top 16 floor facing the sea, there was a local stage show at late night, noisy and irritating. Breakfast floor quite cramp, too noisy with local tourists, children running and shouting, staff did nothing at all.

Worth of money

First of all, hotel is not facing main road, our taxi just drop us abit far and we have to take 4 luggage, 2 stroller, 1 backpack and 1 bag by ourselves. (After that I found that is the taxi driver problem, but still hotel not facing main road and abit hard to find.) Pros: 1. Can check in early because our room is available without extra charges. 2. All staffs are helpful. 3. Room is clean and tidy. 4. Bed is comfortable. 5. A lot of stores, coffee shop and restaurant is nearby. Cons: 1. Bath room's water flowing no good. 2. Breakfast not much choice for me. 3. Hotel Lobby not attractive at all as a 4⭐ hotel. 4. Even room size is 30m², but I still find hard to move in room.
