Lovely 3 night stay
We had a lovely 3 night stay at Redworth Hall. It is a beautiful building and our room was huge. We used the pool, the restaurant, the bar. We also had the best afternoon tea we have had. The staff are lovely and friendly too.

Like the pool. Didn't like rowdy kids jumping in to the pool, running all over the place and their parents not controlling them and Redworth staff didn't do anything. Really put us off the facility.

Horrible stay
The stay was horrible with flushes in the toilet not working. We had informed the concerned who said it had to be pulled hard and had to wait for flushes to fill as it was old built. Myself and my wife followed as advised but failed. It was a terrible experience after u pay a lot of money. We had to leave within flushing the toilet Would like a refund

Have stayed here a few times and always have a pleasant stay. Check in is quick staff always very pleasant and friendly They have a spa but personally, I like to walk in the grounds and surrounding back lanes

Hotel was very comfortable and the reception staff and duty manager were very helpful. The food, although quite expensive was fabulous, spoiled only by generally slow service. If you are not in a rush to finish it is fine but if you are eating after 9 then it can be frustrating. However generally a very nice weekend in a great hotel in fabulous scenery

This is our 3rd visit to Redworth Hall, and 1st stay in a family room. The room was clean and comfortable, however the bathroom was looking very tired with broken tiles and some discoloured sealant and grout.

Great hotel , subpar spa, limited food options
Thr main old part of the house is great, our room was massive overlooking the front outside seating and garden areas. Was clean and well looked after, very pleased with this. The bars both upstairs and downstairs need updating, downs stairs felt like a travel lodge , upstairs felt like an 80s cocktail bar. Food offerings were also lacking, expected to higher levels of cuisine availdable than on offer, although what we dod have was actually good. Would suggest putting a fillet on the menu. Cocktails were ok, wine offering was good, sancerre was perfect. Staff mostly good, reception was on point and those working the upstairs bar, would recccomend propper training and supervision of the down stairs bar though. The spa was a complete let down im just glad i didnt pay for this or would of wanted a refund, very over crowded, outdated, could be better managed with a booking schedule. Overall good value for money but if looking for a hotel with a pool in future this would not be it

Not good, disappointed with the entire stay
Was dirty throughout (expect events area) Had staff standing over us while eating evening meal, really off putting, food was shockingly bad, no taste and bland. Room was lovely and large, the bed was comfy, but the spa bath was disgusting and stunk the room out. The building is in bad shape sadly, and the access from car park is not good. Was the most expensive hotel we've stayed in recently, and the worst.

Amazing place to stay, can’t wait to return!
Absolutely amazing stay, not stopped talking about here to all my friends and family!! Staff were so helpful and friendly for a night away for my partner’s birthday. Spa was lovely, so relaxing and super clean. Room was amazing, stunning view of the gardens/courtyard (photos don’t do it justice!!) Food was 10/10 at the restaurant on the evening, breakfast buffet pleasant too. Can’t wait to return.
