We have been a few times. This occasion, there were two dead spiders hanging in the bathroom, and the bathroom had seen better days. I had a huge rip on my robe, and the hairdryer didn't work properly. Sadly, there wasn't much luxury as far as the room was concerned. Sad.

Fantastic location, nice staff. Breakfast was superb. Spa could do with some chairs or something to sit down only had 2 but had towels all over them. Bed was two singles pushed together so could feel something hard in the middle wasn’t happy about that for the price I payed. Overall good.

Beautiful hotel! Stayed for one night with my boyfriend and I couldn't fault it. All of the staff were so friendly and the spa facilities were spotless. We had dinner and drinks in the Bay Bar which was lovely, a little pricey but to be expected for the quality. The hotel is situated right next to Fistral Beach and the views are amazing!! Thank you for a great stay, we will definitely be returning.

We loved our stay at Fistral Beach Hotel & Spa. Loved being able to use the spa facilities and the room was modern and cosy with a selection of teas, coffees and shortbread. The hotel is good walking distance into Newquay town and the route via the golf course is lovely. The restaurant offers great views of Fistral Beach. They have a cute photo booth just by the elevator which was a nice touch. Only thing I would say is the heating was whacked up for winter so the room was boiling but luckily there was a fan in the wardrobe! Parking for over 24hrs wasn’t an issue for us on the main road in front of the hotel, but you may have more difficulty during peak season months.

1 night stay (couple) first time at this hotel/spa

Overall the stay was lovely. The room was clean, aside from a visible handprint on the bathroom tiles. We opted to pay for our breakfast in our room, which although I understand carries a service charge I felt was expensive for what received. There were also no additional condiments bought to the room or offered with the breakfast. The spa was nice, just a shame there is no space to have loungers to relax on and no opportunity to have a drink while you relax.

Amazing location and view, great rooms, great spa & products, friendly personnel, very clean, we enjoyed very much our stay. The only problem was parking, spaces are not reserved for the hotel guests (!) and given how popular is the hotel and how busy is the location there were times that we could not park even close.

Lovely adults only hotel. Restaurant was really nice and service was brilliant. Rooms weren't very sound proof and you could hear the door bang as they closed from people coming in and out of their rooms which was a shame.
