The Hotel was amazing as always. When I travel to the area, a room is most likely available. This time was Memorial Day weekend and they did not have two days available in a row. Had to book another hotel. The room wmand bathroom is always clean. The only thing rated low was the mattress was a little uncomfortable with a dip. Other than that, it was an excellent stay and would recommend.

Check in at midnight, so was not there long. However, the staff was terrific. I loved the fact that the inside door was locked when I arrived. Press the button and they let us in immediately.

The experience was fine. Friendly and attentive staff. The beds are hard and the pillows are flat. Linens were rough. The shower was broken in our room. The breakfast was ok at best. The people were great, it's convenient to many restaurants and attractions, and it was fine for 2 nights.

one of the friendliest hotels i have been at in a long time! rooms were very clean and they were on top of anything that was needed. breakfast was great with a lot of options. also close to so many things.

One of our best stays ever, as a family

The staff were really kind and helpful (particularly Felicia). We requested connecting rooms and they were kind enough to give us two adjoining rooms that were connected to each other (other hotels hadn't been able to fulfill our request). The breakfast was excellent. The place was clean and smelled good. We used the indoor pool and the gym. The price was quite reasonable.
