Clean, comfortable, bright property on the water just steps from Thames Street shops and dining. This is an excellent location from which to enjoy Newport. Staff are genuinely helpful and there is a large, bright laundry.

Beware of Water

The hotel was good. The only thing was that when using the hot water in the sink it was brown and sometimes cleared up but other times did not no matter how long you let it run. The shower water was fine.

The water for the shower came out yellow and dirty. We weren’t able to shower. The front desk rebated me $35 because of this but I have emailed the hotel and asked for a full refund. Not being able to shower is more of an inconvenience than $35

The location is very good. You could hear everything that happened in the hallway and rooms next door. Rooms could use a refresh.
