The lobby was extremely welcoming and our room was perfect! The restaurant in the lobby was amazing! The chef stopped at our table and we were able to thank him for our delicious meals. The backyard and living room common spaces were awesome to take advantage of as well. We were within 10 minutes of wherever we wanted to get to which was very convenient. This was an amazing stay and cannot wait until next time!

All of the staff were helpful and nice. The room felt like it was for a group of guys. The room was at the end of the hall near the parking area, so there was noise from trucks.The shower didn't have adequate water pressure and the television didn't display the Fox channel, so we couldn't watch the World Series.

I'm a hotel snob and usually stay at luxury hotels. There were very few options because of the Seafood Fest. I am in love with this hotel and would stay here again regardless of availability at another hotel. It was cozy, clean, bright, had a cheerful staff, & a comfortable room. It was absolutely wonderful!

Great hotel! Staff were wonderful. Check in was easy. Please note there are no elevators. You may need to request a room on the first floor. The renovations are beautiful. The room was clean and bright. Spacious room and bathroom. The only negative thing is the street noise. The hotel is close to a busy road. It was hard to sleep. Perhaps requesting a room at the backside of the hotel would be better.

Close to Newport
Comfortable bed, convenient to many sights in Newport, and the restaurant was good. There are no elevators so if you have a 2nd-4th floor room be prepared to take the stairs! The fitness center is small but decent. All in all an enjoyable stay.

No Elevator! Clean Comfy Rooms & Friendly Staff!
Very friendly staff at front desk, who had to help us up the stairs with our luggage due to hotel not having an elevator. My cousin has a disability and can’t navigate the stairs without help with bags, and the lack of elevator was not specified in the listing. Next time I now know to ask for a ground floor accessible room. Unfortunately we didn’t stay long enough to try the bar/restaurant, but would definitely do that next time. The rooms were extremely clean, with comfy mattress and pillows. A shelf in the shower for shampoo, etc. would have been really helpful. I had to put my bottles on the shower floor to use. The scent of the provided bath products was very strong so I couldn’t use them. I also would have liked a small microwave. But overall, I would stay here again! Thanks to an awesome staff!
