This hotel is so close to Newport! The drive was easy and convenient. I was so happy! The rooms were clean and close to the parking lot. I also think having a breakfast option is a plus. We didn’t use the pool but it looked clean.

Staff is super nice - I think this is the nicest collective hotel staff I've ever encountered. They accommodated my request to be separated from dogs due to an allergy, and even overhearing them talk with other guests, it's evident everyone is just really nice here. The hotel itself is clean and welcoming. Having a door to outside in each room is great for letting some fresh air into the room. The beds are not very comfortable. Breakfast is fine - a bit worse than most other hotels. There are very limited options - 3 cereal choices, yogurt, waffles, breads (bagels and bread), and whatever the two options are for the morning (scrambled eggs and either potatoes, turkey sausage links, or sausage patties). It would be nice to have some pastries, oatmeal, and more hot variety. I did like how long breakfast was - it went from 6-10 every day. The kids loved the pool area - there were a lot of seats around the pool. The area around the hotel was great - it's close enough to Newport to be convenient, but it's far enough away to avoid the crazy traffic. We would definitely come back.

The room was a good size and clean. The additional sink outside of the bathroom came in handy when getting ready. The kids enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and sauna. The surrounding area gives plenty of options for eating and shopping. Would definitely stay here again as the price was reasonable and our experience a pleasant one.

Super clean great hotel!

Great stay, good free breakfast and the hotel and room was very clean! Nice pool, hot tub and sauna. My only complaint if I was being picky is the hot tub water was kind of cloudy and it’s a very scratchy surface to sit and walk around in. But everything was great! Highly recommend this hotel. Close to shaws grocery store, Dunkin, Starbucks, chipotle, has an Applebees on site. 5 min from downtown Newport/Thames st.
