So convenient especially for not being right downtown Newport. Quick 10 min Uber ride and food right next door. Hot tub looked gross but kids had fun in the pool, breakfast was fantastic and our room was great! Some staff at the front desk Durning check in was not very friendly at all.

The staff was all lovely at the property. The rooms were very clean the pool was clean. The area is just so so. One concern I had is that the breakfast buffet served eggs with cheese but did not note that they had wheat in them. Interestingly they have gluten-free bread options that are marked gluten-free so you would think that they would Mark eggs, which are naturally guten free, as contafree because they were processed. luckily my husband asked and I did not eat them.

Good Value Hotel.
Good price point to check out all the cool spots in Newport. 15 minutes from most stuff. 10 to 15 bucks if you choose to Uber. To get close enough to walk to those spots would cost four times as much per night. And the accommodations are good. Good pool. Hot tub. Sauna. Good parking lot. Decent free breakfast. Its also close to the other end of the street so you can access the fast food restaurants or chain restaurants, to give your wallet a break from coast.

As the other reviews said, it was super clean, everything worked- A/C, etc. Decent breakfast available for free. Price for the room was higher than I think it should be, but that’s what Bidenflation has done to us….. would definitely recommend to a friend. It’s an easy drive into town to take in all of Newport, don’t spend the extra $ on a room at the marina.

One night mother/ daughter stay
I was simply impressed by all that this hotel had to offer! The overall hotel was very nice and was just perfect for my daughter and I! We loved the hot tub, pool, sauna and that the hotel is connected to Applebees for a quick bite ti eat after we checked in late. The lady in the evening at the desk was so so welcoming and upbeat! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful making our stay easy and enjoyable! The room was clean and the drive to downtown Newport was 10 minutes away and the hotel shuttle takes you right to the wharf. The driver was knowledgeable about the city and super friendly. Would stay here again and recommend it to anyone staying in the area

Excellent service, new and clean and facilities are great! Pool was wonderful and the areas outside well maintained and very cozy room yet spacious and nice design! They gave thought of everything!
