Nice lobby and updated room furnishings. The WiFi was terrible - could not conduct my business meeting over Zoom from my room despite the front desk agent resetting the router. The mattress was thin & hard and the pillows were very flat. We asked for extra pillows which helped a bit. Overall, the hotel was very clean & updated, which was good.

Exceptional hotel
We liked the pool, hot tub, and sauna a lot and they were one of the highlights of our stay. The rooms were also really clean and the hotel was quiet at night. The breakfast was great and they have a waffle machine and the staff are friendly. The only problem was that the Ben and Jerry’s machine that gives you ice cream didn’t work very well. It still gave 1 of us their ice cream but the machine couldn’t seem to get the second one out. It did give us our money back and it wasn’t really a big deal.
